HORRIBLE. we ordered online and it said curbside pickup was an option. called when we arrived and the lady was as rude as could be. she said “sorry you need to wait in line like everyone else” then hung up the phone. we’re given a 30 min time slot, so expecting to be able to get it in the time frame. we went during lunch hour, and had to leave because it took so long. then the same woman had the audacity to say “we will then give the ham to someone else” so rude. we went back after work to get it, and online hours say it is open til 8. we came at 6:45 and the people were in there in the window but wouldn’t let us in. so rude. i will never waste my money here again, and you shouldn’t either ! DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DO NOT HAVE! AND WE CANT EVEN PICK UP THE HAM WE PAID FOR

I LOVE THE HONEY BAKED HAM STORE!! It helps me during holidays because I am serving such a big family. I was going to order online for Thanksgiving but I went into the store and got everything for HALF THE PRICE AND MORE!!! This is my go to every year for Ham whether its Thanksgiving, Christmas or catering!! Hands down the best!! It is worth it! Thank you for all you do! :)

My work has used them in the past for our work Thanksgiving... hopefully never again, after this year. This was the first year we decided to try the delivery instead of picking up.... we had to call them 30 minutes after they were supposed to have delivered the meat, only for them to inform us they didnt have an order in the system for us. The said theyd send a turkey out within the next few minutes and an hour later it was delivered. They blamed the mishap on the fact that their system crashed a few days ago and offered to waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience. Shouldve been free, or at least heavily discounted after having to wait 2 hours.

The WORST customer service Ive experienced anywhere in years. Both of the staff members treated customers like they were annoying them. Not helpful at all. Mumbled and could barely understand them. Absolutely terrible experience, will not be going back.The sandwich and cookie were okay, but the potato salad was horrible. Couldnt take more than one bite. And still the worst part was the customer service.

REVISED REVIEW (1-STAR TO 3-STAR) AFTER PHONE CALL FROM CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE*Front counter staff is mostly and USUALLY friendly and professional. Our visits to this location had been consistently pleasant. The hams are always outstanding. The one turkey breast we purchased was disappointing (seemed bland & rather dry), so we never tried another.I returned to store 15 minutes after a 10-lb whole boneless ham purchase due to an overcharge error. Manager mumbled, grumbled, and poked at the cash register for an oddly long time, eventually pulled $2 from the drawer for the error adjustment, handed it to me, and only grumbled, There you go.No apology for the error and the trouble.I hesitated, thinking surely hed at least offer an Im sorry or Have a good day ... but nothing. I sarcastically apologized to him for causing a problem. He replied, Thats okay ... I replied, Seriously, I have to apologize for your error? He just turned and walked away.I should have simply tossed the $2 to him rather than making the angry comments I left him with.*UPDATE: Based on response of a genuinely concerned corporate rep who reached out by phone, the same day, I deleted some details and improved the rating. I will likely go back -- but probably to another location. I declined the gift card the rep offered ... saying, I want good, respectful customer service, not free stuff. He insisted, so I asked him to donate something to Gleaners Food Bank of Indianapolis. He said they would and would email me some kind of confirmation of a donation.

Tried the ham salad from this location. While it is a better price, it was definitely not the quality. Huge pieces of fatty ham were in the container. Ended up throwing most of it out- so disappointed.
