We had quick service! They assisted us to find a piece that we didnt exactly know what was needed and boom! They knew! Nothing better than finding what you know you want but dont know what it is called! We enjoyed our trip. Cant always say that nowadays!

Its a newer Ace nice clean easy to find what youre looking for

You are always greeted when you walk in the door. Theyre very helpful in directing you to what you need or answering questions. I can bring my dog and they always have treats for him as well. Just a great atmosphere and good people all the time. I actually drive 15 minutes further past other hardware stores just to go here.

Had what l needed n and out

I purchased an expensive smoker from this location and had a set date for them to deliver it to my home. On the day of delivery, I had to make several phone calls and make a trip to the store to find out if they were still coming and they assured me that someone was. It finally came to 5:00pm which is the end of delivery so I went inside the store and found out they had delivered it to a different home. The person on the phone and the person in the store did not seem to care about the inconvenience and couldn’t even promise that it would be delivered to me first the next day. I am out another day of work just to wait for someone to deliver an item I was promised the day before. Was offered nothing for the inconvenience either.Update: They delivered first thing the next day and offered something for the inconvenience. I understand that the holidays are busy, but I was told the day of that it would be delivered so I should have gotten the delivery. Thank you.

I love this place. They are known for their tools and hardware. But, did you know about their grilling section. Wow. Fantastic variety of grills, charcoal, pellets, accessories, rubs, seasoning and sauces. The folk are so nice and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stop in. I assure you that you will come back!

They had 10% off Weber grills over the Labor day weekend. No one else was doing this. Its rare to get a discount on Weber Grill. The sales associate Austin was so helpful.

Has the feeling of a small-town hardware store while having mostly everything you need. I find it much more convenient than bigger hardware stores. Prices tend to be higher at times but it evens out with the friendly staff and very nice grill and lawn area.

Really want to support small stores over big box but they make it difficult. The employees seem very anxious to assist customers, but not a single employee was wearing a mask. Three different sales people made no attempt at distancing while offering uninvited help. The city will require masks starting tomorrow but too little too late. I can understand a decision to not require mask on customers, but to not have your staff masked to protect your customers seems very shortsighted.

Very helpful staff. Massive grill showroom, plus paint, power tools, and a new garden center this season - if they don’t have it in stock, they will order for you and give you 10% off...nice way of proving they are your neighborhood hardware store. 👍

Austin and Zach were super helpful in our green egg purchase. They went above and beyond in answering all questions we had. Would definitely recommend coming here for any Green Egg purchases.

The customer service here is fantastic! We could not get a bolt of of a power steering pump, and an associate took his time and and got the nut off. Ace has earned my business from here on out.

I was able to get in and out quickly and I had a coupon for 5.00 off a 5.00 purchase.

Called ahead and spoke with person who said he could sharpen scissors. Took scissors in over a long weekend as we desperately need them at work. When I dropped them off, the front desk person stated they don’t sharpen scissors after she spoke with her manager. I responded that I spoke to the guy who does it, and he told me to bring them in. He also told me it wouldn’t take long and would cost $8 a pair. He even asked if I was wanting to wait for them to be sharpened and I said, no, I don’t mind waiting but I’d like to be able to budget my time. Four days later, another guy calls and said they can’t sharpen them because they don’t have the tool they need to do it. So I waisted four days when I could have taken scissors that are needed in a hospital to somewhere that could actually do it. I wouldn’t have even minded if they would have called me on day one to tell me they weren’t capable of doing it. Very frustrating.

Was so excited to see Ace move in locally! My first visit wasnt until two weeks after store opened. Given the newness of the store, was prepared to give decent leeway all around. Good thing ... Since this was early summer, I expected to see more simple garden products featured and for them to be reasonably priced. Found none of the above. Amount and type of products offered was pitiful and horrendously overpriced. Sigh ... Trip not worth the visit.Unfortunately, paying for the five basics I DID purchase was also a bad experience. Took cashier three tries to ring items up (all five of them), even with managerial help, and still didnt get my Ace loyalty card credits. So disappointing 😞 Sorry Ace.

Great that they have higher end products like Green Egg and Yeti but also nice that they also have basic everyday items for the home -- appreciated the kids play area so they could play while we shopped. Staff was really helpful in answering questions. Really nice to have as part of the community.

I am glad we now have a hardware store just up the street. Also the Ace hardware grass seed is the best. Used it couple weeks ago and it really grew fast....

Lovely store! Clean. It is well stocked with LOTS of products. I was very impressed with the help I received until I arrived at the check out counter.I was ignored by the two clerks who were visiting with fellow sales associates and then I was charged for a BOGO item. Customer service at the check out was a minus ten. No I am not going back. Ill stick to Lowes.

It is nice to be able to buy hardware in a smaller store compared to Home Depot and Lowes.

As an ACE Rewards Member I was glad to see this store open. Ive purchased from this store on multiple occasions however the last 2 not so pleasant at check out trying to use my Rewards Points.. I later spoke with Rod the store manager without any satisfaction.

Nice clean well organized store but had a bad experience with the price on the weed killer I purchased. The sale sign was still up because someone forgot to take it down.In most cases most places will let you have it at that price not these guys. Doesnt mean I wont go back but 1st visit wasnt great.

Went twice in two days, store very clean and well stocked just after grand opening. Definitely excited for the future of this store as it is very close to home.Customer service was ok not anything to go tell anyone about.Buying a circular saw, had to have a associate get it from back because the box on shelf was display only which didn’t really make sense. When associate came out it was wrong one at higher price so we looked for another, same thing, he had to go back and get from stock room. This seems to be a concern for myself, no one wants to wait for associates to go look for stuff that could be stocked on shelf for take it home today type merchandise.Check out was great guy recognized myself from the night before so that was good and the other associates were friendly as well.Time will help as this is a brand new location.
