Got into working out about a year ago and found this place through a friend. Great customer service and love their products. I even moved away from Indiana to Ohio and they allowed me to order online and they shipped the products to me in 2 days! Love this place and highly recommend to anyone looking for great supplements to enhance their workouts.

I stopped by GNC but they couldn’t be bothered to show up today so I called a co worker that recommended Alpha. Glad I stopped by. Great shop, a lot of product and more than just the mainstream supplements. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t see the point in returning to GNC with Alpha right around the corner. 100% 10/10 would recommend! I ordered online on Tuesday and had my package delivered on Friday! not only was my package there but they had also hand written a note expressing their thanks and other recommendations to try as well. It was all very personal and the service is second to none!

More welcoming than most supplement stores around. Customer service is next level, as the owner knew the reason I was supplementing based off the vitamins I was asking about. He instantly established creditably and was very knowledgeable. Usually I don’t like being helped by associates because I feel pushed, but this place is not like that. Let him help you, he knows his stuff and didn’t upsell me on anything! He even provided explanations for why he chooses certain brands to carry which all made perfect sense. For a small shop, he had almost everything I needed vitamin wise, and was honest about what he didn’t have instead of suggesting a lesser alternative. Prices are great as well.

A buddy recommended a pre work out and BCAA that they carry (check out the Magnitude Life Science Line), and he was right! It damn near melted my face off. I felt like I needed to lift all of the heavy things for all of eternity!The GNC in Greenwood is in big trouble with this place being in the game because their products, presentation, and knowledgable staff are on a whole different level. Seriously, The buff blond dude that is always there (starting to think he is the owner) has been such an important resource to my training.
