I came in for ear impressions for custom in ear monitors and had a great experience. Dr. OConnor deep cleaned my ears before taking impressions and followed the manufacturer requirements without a problem. If I ever need impressions taken again, I would come back without hesitation.

I have been a long-term client of Professional Hearing Services and have always had excellent care. On my last visit, I went through a battery of tests, including a sound booth exercise, in order to establish an updated profile (my current hearing aids had run their course and needed to be replaced). Dr. Rosinko took the extra time to ensure an accurate profile. Once we ordered the new set of hearing aids, she set up an appointment for getting the new ones, and then getting me adjusted to the new ones. She took the time needed to properly set-up the new hearing aids, adjust them to meet my specific needs, explain the features to me (different settings), and to test them to ensure proper operation. These new hearing aids have improved technology and adjustment features. Since getting the new hearing aids, I have noticed a very distinct improvement in my overall hearing, and also in individual environments. From the initial scheduling phone call, this group of professional women have not disappointed. I went in to get an ear impressions as part of my in-ear monitors purchase process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the service provided by Dr. Rosinko was courteous and professional. She explained to me the process before we started and made sure I was aware of how it would feel when the solution was inserted into my ear. She answered all of my questions and concerns.

The exam and explanations of hearing loss in general mine in particular was easy to understand. The steps Dr. Rosinko recommended to improve my hearing were clear and made sense. It was good to try out devices while my husband was getting his adjusted helped me to see how they my hearing could change.

We fitted them, adjusted them using objective real-ear aided response measurement equipment and discussed various features. Compassionate and thorough. Dr. Amanda Rosinko was great, Because she asked me a number of questions before we started looking at my hearing aids. She was understanding of my needs, she had exactly the domes I needed and on top of that she informed me about using a dryer for my hearing aids when they were being stored. Before I saw her I had been wearing my hearing aids for over a year, and I was not even aware that I was supposed to be using a dryer. Im happy that I found her and you will get good results as well!

Dr. OConnor does a great job. She fitted me for hearing aids about six years ago and I have been totally pleased with her and the hearing aid results the entire time. I had heard many negative experiences from friends, but not the case with this group. Keeps you up to date on your cleanings Makes sure you have plenty supplies. Will see you immediately when you have w problem, even when power is off and elevators arent working. While many providers received average ratings, Professional Hearing Services is rated 5 stars. I found this to be true. The bottom line is Dr. Rosinko was diligently professional in compassionately providing me with hearing aids that resolved my hearing problem in noisy places along with every day situations like listening to TV and one on one conversation. She did this through consulting my spouse via a questionnaire (who better knows your hearing problems), physical examination of my ears, technical testing of sounds and speech, and extensive fine tuning in her office to make my hearing experience as close to perfect at possible. In total she spent about 5 hours with me over a period of two and a half months. Her compassion during the process told me she listens well to her clients so that she easily relates to what they are experiencing with their new hearing. I highly recommend her services.

I had another enjoyable and productive checkup with Dr. Rosinko this week. Dr. Rosinko discovered I had abnormal wax buildup in my ear canals and removed this for me with surgical precision and minimal discomfort. She also found my hearing aides were performing sub optimally and was able to effectively clean and fix the problem. Lastly, she provided me with helpful advice to better maintain my devices and improve my approach (or lack thereof) to hearing health. As always, her care was both warm and professional.

I have been a patient for the past two years. I had tried getting hearing aids elsewhere several years ago, but the otolaryngologist and audiologist did not work out (not to mention appointment scheduling and the receptionists were problems).I have been pleased with Dr. Rosinko. She seems to know what she’s doing, and explains my problems and the equipment options well. The new hearing aids are definitely helpful and comfortable. Dr. Rosinko’s program includes frequent follow-up visits initially to adjust as necessary, and she is readily available for further modifications or if problems arise.The initial price seems a little steep, but covers almost everything for the first 3 years; including hearing tests, visits, warranty, batteries, and the parts that need monthly replacement. Communication for established patients is no problem: by phone, E-mail, or text.

This audiology group is the very best in Indy, and probably the entire midwest. I have been using hearing devices for over 20 years & have been to half a dozen different hearing aid providers as I have moved with my job. Dont go to a hearing aid dispenser company that just sells you a hearing aid. You wont believe the difference when you come here, it is your body, you need a Professional Certified Audiologist to do the job correctly and be concerned about your health. Dr Rosinko & Dr Oconnor could not be more professional, complete evaluation as to what is going on with your hearing is critical, they do this. I even had a emergency where I damaged my hearing device, they got me a appointment the same day and resolved the issue. If you have a hearing concern and go anywhere else you are doing yourself and your body a disservice, these Professional folks are the tops and reasonable priced for the service they provide.
