The employees are friendly, are not pushy or know-it-alls.U was needing ti add freon to my AC, i was informed needed an adaptor to use my gauges.I purchased the adaptor only upon trying top refill my AC the hose leaked at the fitting Freon sprayed all over the car. i quickly shut off the valve.Went inside only to learn i was sold the wrong part, should never been sold to me. I asked for sa refund no it was used. I will from now on do my homework and shop at he store less.
