Management was very friendly and helpful with selections. They also had full knowledge and awareness of what they had in stock. I would highly recommend visiting if you are looking for your new appliances

****DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY****I have waited almost four weeks to post this review so I could give JC Appliance and Repair a chance to rectify the situation. Unfortunately they did not.I own a small property management company and am a full time resident of the City of Indio. I had this company replace our broken double oven with one of their $1350 certified models three days prior to Thanksgiving since they say they tested their product and it worked. the following day it showed an error message so (DAVID, great guy so far) said to reset the breaker which we did. Unfortunately, nothing. Our guest were unable to make their thanksgiving dinner at the home and I requested JC appliances remove their default product since we had to pay our guest $1000 refund for the inconvenience.Now, JC appliance owner (Female, UNK name) refuses to give us our money since their invoice states no refunds (Which I did not sign as requested on the invoice and makes the contract void).regardless it has been almost 4 weeks the company will not respond to me, has not mailed me anything other then a short answer of you get store credit. The female owner also had the gall to tell me that i took a gamble buying one of their products since its a 50/50 chance since its used 8D.. wow!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS ITS BRAND NEW.Now we have to go to small claims. Sad for a local small business who can not help other local small businesses and have to scam people.

Great experience buying a fridge and washer/dryer from JC. Unfortunately the washing machine did not work perfect on getting it home but a repairman was sent out the next day who was very professional and fixed the problem immediately. I would be happy to do business there again and feel good recommending others to go there as well.

Called JC for a water leak in our refrigerator at the water filter. JC techs came out next day and diagnosed the problem. They had to order a part that came quickly. We scheduled for them to return the next day. Two techs (journeyman and apprentice) came out and were neat, clean and very polite. Their pricing seemed very reasonable and straightforward. We have a service business ourselves so I appreciated the way they conducted themselves. Will call again

Horrible service!!!! I called to find out where my part was for my washer because it was suppose to be here in two days. well I called in two days to discover it wasnt order until that morning it was guaranteed on. I spoke to a woman who was very rude!!! I told her let me speak to the owner and she said she was Ally. I will never use them again!!!!Update: 09/29/2017Got another call that afternoon with the owner, we spoke and she refunded me my money. I was pleased that she was able to call the parts department cancel the part and refund me money.

They are nice (David) and when you do get them on the phone also nice and I am sure IF they can fix your appliance all is well. They did fix our small bar refigerator and that went well cost about $250. Okay for the BAD. If they can NOT fix the appliance after mutiple attempts and cost you are out of luck because they then do not stick by thier 90 day fix it guarantee. It cost us $963 for mutiple attemps to fix a built in Kitchen aide refrigerator. David had told us if we dont think we can fix it then we will let you know so that you do not incur more cost, that seemed fair HOWEVER they kept thinking they could fix it at additional cost and we hung in there and believed them. They finally gave up, told us they didnt know why they could not fix it. All they were willing to do it take our non-working refrig which means they got the parts back that we paid for and they got the refrigerator to use as parts since they operate a used appliance store where they fix appliance and then resell them. Therefore they got the refirg for parts including the parts we paid for and were only willing to give us $75 credit at their store to buy a used refrigerator. Thats it. They told us, well we need to cover the cost of our labor and parts! So obviously they do not care about referrals and bad reviews. So we paid almost $1,000 and still had a broken refrigerator. I would have been accepting of even just 50% back but no, only thing they would do was take away our old refrig (which yes required a truck and labor but then that is their business, they take away broken appliances all the time) and only $75 credit at their store. Like Id want to give them more money and business? Do NOT use them if there is any chance that your appliance can not be fixed! I will also post on Nextdoor and also Google reviews. It probably would have been so much cheaper to give us a partial refund. I have never written a bad review for anyone. This is the first time BUT they deserve the bad review. They were being penny wise and pound foolish.
