Overall good experience. They were honest and very helpful guiding me through the repair process. Took longer than anticipated, but the repairs are perfect. Would recommend.

Said it would be $4500... Went down the street to Mathews Autobody and got excellent work and the whole job finished for $1500. Dont get fleeced by these guys

Brought my car 2018 Toyota Avalon for a bumper repair. I spoke to Art Molina, manager of I-10 Auto Body and provided me with excellent service my car looks great like new! All staff were very friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend this place for any body shop repairs you may need! Location is brand new, nice and clean!

I made an appointment on Monday at which time they were to order my part. Thursday morning at seven nobody there ever heard of me and they asked to to complete paperwork again, which I did. I called at 11:30 for an update and had to give my name to four different people and the fourth person put me on hold for ten minutes. They picked up the phone and I said hello and they hung up on me. I called again and was told by Cesar that they didn’t follow procedure and he just realized they had my car. He called me back to report that they didn’t have my part and needed my car another day. The repair was supposed to take two hours.

Great customer service and I am happy with the work done to my car. The price is unbelievable. Try this auto body shop! You won’t regret it.
