I understand that 4 days after Halloween means that the seasonal aisle was empty. I get that. However, the rest of the store was extremely low on inventory. As a conservative estimate, I would say that 25% if the non seasonal items were out of stock. Supply problems? Staffing shortages?

Not a lot of stuff to pick from this year for Halloween, I suspect covid and supply and delivery issues are to blame. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

Went shopping for a Halloween costume and was very rudely approached by a male dressed up in a costume telling us that we were not allowed to open the costume packages. At absolutely no point did anyone in my party open a package to see its contents. I asked the employee if he had seen anyone open the packages which he ignored once again rudely stating we were not allowed to open packages. At this point I was so upset I took my business elsewhere never again Party City

I know I wanted to get balloons but wasnt sure what to get or where to start. The ladies in the front were a great help and basically put together a great looking balloon bouquet. Birthday girl loved it and it was a big hit.

Great place for theme parties. So much to offer. Most prices are pretty fair. Balloons and piñatas seem a bit overpriced. Very clean store. Decent customer service.

Party everything wow..cool store

I was in a hurry and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Any questions I had were answered with a smile and they went above and beyond to help me with even something as simple as inflating some cow themed ballons. I will be more than happy to come here again soon.

We found everything needed. Variety went down a bit but they still have more choices than the normal store.

I was in a rush and one of the employees acted like they couldnt be bothered with helping me and even after i asked them if they could put confetti into a balloon they said yes but once i bought the confetti they couldnt do it??? I was also looking for a black balloon and they said they didnt have anymore but they literally had them at the front desk! At this point i waa frustrated! I like the store but the employee was completely unprofessional

I ordered my items online during the Quarantine and had same day pick up ready. I got everything I ordered and they even provided a birthday card from party city to my little one. Great touch! Thank you Party City in Indio and staff.

The associates were very helpful from the moment I walked in until I left. There is an abundance of products for your kids party to practically any type of party.

Very helpful staff-- I came in to purchase balloons for sisters birthday and had never done it before She took the time to explain the choices and custom made the balloon bouquet. She also gave me tips on where to buy fresh flowers.

Bought a mask from party city today. before we even made it out of party city we noticed mask was broken since they didnt have another one the best they would do was 20 % off broken mask but would not return. asked for manager but he would not even come talk to me. this place really hired some great people for this Halloween.

This was the first time that Ive been to a Party City store and I was very impressed with the extensive inventory. They, as well as other stores dont have anniversary balloons which was disappointing to me. Otherwise this was a great experience.

On a Sunday afternoon they only had one cashier.Their were 9 people in front of me. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. I asked the cashier for the store. I was told their was no store manager as per EDDIE the cashier. What terrible customer service.. I will not step foot in this store again.

More interested in store cleanup/restock etc, than taking care of clients. Only one person on front to help customers... Cashiering and doing balloons.... And when manager finally comes out to help. She was sorry I was yelling at my kids..... Very unprofessional. Will not be returning to this store

Lots of costumes, and accessories, but very few decorations, except during the holiday season. Staff was unwilling to help and seemed to feel we were an interruption. Cashiering is incredible slow.

My wife is hosting a Bridal Shower so we head on over to the Party Store a week in advance to pick out and order balloons. The clerk tells her they are out of helium and can not guarantee that they can fill her order a week later! They seem to have thousands of fun balloons to sell so can you imagine that a national chain store couldn’t find helium in 10 minutes to prevent turning away hundreds of customers wanting to celebrate every conceivable event with balloons? DUMBEST EVER!!! Also, during the week the opening or closing hours change 4 times; a little confusing and who’s going to remember? Probably devised by the same person in charge of Helium. If you really care just take a screenshot of their store hours photo and post it with your favorites!😜 Really like the store so will give them the opportunity to improve their current rating.

Found just about everything for my 2 yr olds birthday party, candy a bit pricey but the gifts and party pack supplies stuff was great priced and definately great quality. Bought balloons here too and they had alot of different kinds of disney princess and barbie balloons! Trip that was well worth it! Staff was awesome!

Very rude! The staff was not helpful and then watched us after buying large a balloon..something about paying for it before finishing our party shopping. So one of us HAD to stay by the balloons while the other shopped. Poor cashier as well!!!
