They were friendly and very quick. The only thing that would have made me give it a 5 star rating would have been if they had seating while waiting. They didnt even have a plastic chair. Look for the banners that say smog, as you can see the address is not complete on the building.

I love this place, this is my second time here with a second car, great friendly staff Rudy is great.. I come all the way from desert hot springs and its worth the drive, wouldnt go anywhere else to get a smog for mine and my family/friends cars.

Great place to take you’re car and smog. The employees here are easy to talk to and respectful. I recommend best value if you had bad experiences in this field of automotive mechanic work or smog, the personnel at best value can turn that around. They also have great recommendations around town . Take it from me noe Gonzalez.

Arrived while Rudy was in the middle of helping another customer. He politely greeted me and directed me to his stylish waiting area. Watched him work fast, all the while attentively welcoming other customers who arrived. My total time spent there was 20 minutes. Great customer service and fair prices. Lower than several other places I contacted in surrounding area, as I came from La Quinta. Will come again.

Excellent customer service! I walked in a man named Rudy helped me. Quickly got my car inspected and smogged! Very satisfied with this shop. It’s hard to find good service in this small valley. Will definitely be bringing my other car when it’s due for smog in 2 years!
