Left my car there on august 26th. AC needed work, it was not blowing cold air at all. At first everything was running smoothly. They said “they had one technician but that it should only take 1 week “ seemed good enough. Time goes by I get called on updates, so that was a relief knowing I’d be kept up on the progress on my vehicle. 1 week passes. Get a call my vehicle was barely looked over to find out the problem. So it was going to take longer because since they only have one technician and they have a bunch of cars on the lot that needs to be taken care of also. Strange, okay should take another week.A couple days later called them to see what’s the progress and they are waiting for the insurance to give them the go ahead. We called the insurance to see what the problem was find out all they had to do was call to tell them what needed to be done, so we told them just call the insurance.Then was told it’d take another two weeks, okay called 2 weeks later vehicle was never touched. Called and spoke to the manager and he promised it would be done by the following Friday. Called Friday morning to let them know I was going to be on my way to get my vehicle and they still hadn’t worked on it. So A month later the vehicle was just sitting there. So a couple days after a month had passed they said they are working on the car, and they said they don’t know when it’ll be done exactly but it would be done that day and they’ll call when it is officially done. We said we will be there to pick it up. We arrived and the car was already done and just sitting there. They didn’t even call and once we were there they didn’t say sorry for how long it took or anything they just said how much and your car is going to be pulled up right now. That was my experience going there. Obviously not going back.
Customer Service was outstanding and directed me to the proper service department.Check in was fast and Wait time was less than I expected. Was given a out line of what was done to the vehicle and how long the tires would last until time to be replaced, plus washed the vehicle.Excellent all around service.
We had our regular car service done and as always everything went smoothly from making the appointment to driving away!! Great service, friendly staff and our service agent made sure our concerns and questions were addressed to our satisfaction. Our wait time was very reasonable They do have courtesy vehicles and drivers to take you home and pick you up but we always opt to wait in their relaxing comfortable waiting lounge. We highly recommend this Chrysler/Dodge dealership service department for your vehicle. We give our service agent and our overall service 5 *****
Very helpful staff. I was greeted right away by a service advisor. Christina remembered I was looking for new tires about a month ago and she called me and told me about a promotion which was going on currently. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of all of my options and sizes. She even made a phone call to make sure the tires I picked were in stock and would be here in 2 days.
The service representative was knowledgeable and informative. He was courteous, friendly and listened to my questions. I recommend bringing your car here for service. The Express service is a great option.
Service Advisor (Christina) along with her young assistant which I didn’t get her name was assertive of my car maintenance and request. Her assistant was very attentive to my request and made sure everything was going smoothly. You have a great teamwork and provide excellent service. I highly recommend my friends and family.
Took our RAM Promaster 3500 CamperVan(Travato) in for a oil change, tire rotation - the 5k service. Checked in at the desk for the Quick Lane(we just dropped in, no appointment), they collected all the info they needed and we got into the queue. It was a busy morning, they said it will take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. 2 hours later it was completed and we were on our way. I use RAM dealers for service since it’s under warranty and this way the dealerships have all the info you n past service.
I took my car in to fix an A/C and a fuel pump issue. I was given two different dates over the course of the month as to when my car would be ready. After many apologies at the end of week 3, I was assured that the technician would have it ready by the end of the week. I showed up to see if my car had been fixed at the end of the week and found that it had been sitting on the lot, untouched, for a month. The funny thing is, I was talking with the sales department about trading my car in for a new model once it was fixed, unfortunately after this experience, that deal is completely off the table.
They were fast and they took me right in didnt have to wait long and they were courteous and wonderful Even though it was close to closing and they took me in

This place has gone downhill since the last time I was here. Walked in and there were 4 people at the service counter. Stood around for 5 minutes before anyone even said hello. Finally someone called me over and asked what I needed, a simple oil change, he said no problem it would be about 1 1/2 hours. This is how long this dealer always took so no surprise. Went and sat down and within 15 minutes they took my car and put it on the rack. That made me happy and I thought that I would be out sooner, but I was wrong. They took the whole 1 1/2 hours and then came the bill. $96?!?!? For an oil change!!!??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN HERE!!! That’s the cost of almost 4 oil changes at other places.

It was an ignition key problem and the service advisor actually said “They can’t find the part and I should SELL the car”Unbelievable how bad this service department is. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back. The older girl at the service counter has attitude problem. Just a terrible terrible terrible place. Do NOT service your car here. Push or tow your car anywhere but here. You have been warned

AFTER 30 MINUTES I WENT BACK IN AND SAID JUST BRING OUT MY CAR I WILL PAY FOR THE SERVICE YOU HAVE COMPLETED. SHE SAID YOUR CAR IS DONE!!! SO I HAVE BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES IN THE PARKING LOT, NEXT TO MY SERVICED CAR THAT WAS DONE 30 MINUTES AGO AND YOU KEPT SAYING MY CAR WAS NOT DONE YET.!!!!!!!
Check in was fast. Da Shon was very knowledgeable and very professional. My vehicle was ready in a good amount of time. Wait time was clearly communicated. And I understood how long it may take. I let them know that I had to have my car back at a certain time and they were able to deliver it at the time they promised. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for maintenance.

Great customer service Chanel was very nice and friendly. The only down fall is that I wish she would of asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I get free tire rotation at the place I bought my tires didnt need to pay for a tire rotation.
The service department is a JOKE. Especially because of the fact that there was NOBODY (customers) and waited over 10 mins without being helped. I was even told to wait a little further by a service advisor when standing near a service advisors desk. What a joke to paying customers.

Staff is always amazing! Although it’s always hard to book an appointment for a service and when I do take it in it takes a very long time. My most recent experience wasn’t the best, I took my vehicle to get service done and the wheels rotated and aligned I believe and when I got it back when I would go over 30 my vehicle would start to shake and I had to slow down for it to stop! Although always being treated amazing, there is never any opening so it’s early oct now and I couldn’t get it serviced again until late October for something that was done wrong with them which was kind of upsetting.
Poor communication between advisor to client. Same for Service manager. Three no return calls from both.. Our car was returned to us after they had it 4 days with no communication on the status, it sat there without doing the work. Second visit our car was returned to us with panels off and wires hanging.. Had to return it the next day to put back together. Leadership starts at the top, clearly it needs help at this dealership with communication and quality control for workmanship.
Been there twice, unfortunately Cristina has been the one asign for my service. Apparently taking a personal phone call on a personal phone is more important than greeting an in person customer. She turned her back on me and continued with her personal conversation after making eye contact. There was a male representative that did his best to help me. My car was ready it was just a matter of them giving me my keys and I would be out of the way. Cristina is not welcoming or professional if she gets annoyed at having customers approach her maybe she should work somewhere where theres no customer service.
I am pleased with work that was done, Chritina was very pleasant to work with.My truck looked like someone went four wheeling in it. completely covered in dust and dirt. Grease on the fenders tells me the mechanic did not use fender covers. Tires were rotated and two valve caps are now missing. So I guess I am unsatisfied.
I was standing in line waiting to be helped at the service center and there was a lady worker with black hair and all In black clothes who noticed me standing there. I am waiting patiently for her to finish up so I can be called next. As I am waiting, another costumer walks in and she acknowledges him by letting him know he will be helped shortly. So a few minutes pass by and she starts helping him even though she notice me standing there first. I am Mexican and the other costumer was white. I don’t know if she does not like Mexicans or what? There are plenty of Latino workers here so I don’t know what she was thinking. If it wasn’t for Juan, I would given this place a one star or if wasn’t for the lady worker I would have given this place 5 stars. Juan was outstanding and apologized when he shouldn’t have.
Our experience with I-10’s Internet Sales division was excellent. Via email, text and eventually phone Norma was fantastic to work with. Other than a 15 minute visit to validate the trade in I didn’t have to spend time hanging around the dealership! We found the right Jeep vehicle at the right price and they even delivered the vehicle to my house on a Sunday morning, amazing. Highly recommend I-10 and Norma specifically for Jeep products.
Service and parts were great although I wish communication was better, having to call up to 5 times to talk to someone doesn’t feel good.
I usually hate going to the dealership because customer service is lacking in the industry nowadays but the young Lady Christina was absolutely phenomenal!!! Extremely knowledgeable, great communication and has definitely changed my views on dealerships as well restored my faith that great customer service still exist!!!!

Ive always had positive experiences at i10 CDJR. Whether its for a simple oil change or a major repair, the service advisors and mechanics are available to answer questions and Ive always been kept in the loop on the status of all of my visits. I have bought vehicles from both i10 Toyota and Fiesta Ford, and although they were also great, i10 CDJR is a step above in all regards.
We bought our van from here a few years ago. Its great but everytime we make an appointment for service its still a long wait. I thought that was the point of making an appointment so you dont have to wait too long. So thats pretty annoying. I called to make an appointment a couple of weeks ago and the lady that I talked to I couldnt tell if she was being rude and passive aggressive or what. I didnt realize that she was until later. I wish I remembered her name🤔..anyway so yeah things are just ok with them I guess

Having to get a vehicle serviced is never an fun situation. But I had a wonderful experience with Genaro he was very knowledgeable and made the experience way less painful. Felt they were honest and up front about what I can expect, spent a lot less then what I thought too. So overall a pretty happy customer.
The service manager was very helpful indeed but my service advisor Genaro Rodriguez wasnt. He asked me to leave my car there for 3-5 days to assist the problem never once called or communicated the issue/problem until I, myself, went in person after a week later to complain because I was left stranded without a car for a week and a half. He then proceed to charge me when my warranty does cover my issue at the time, 84.50. I was charged for upon inspection found AC evaporator leaking customer declined replacement at moment 115 degree outside and he made the executive decision that I didnt want the part replaced. No communication at all from his end!!!!

Shady management. Tried ordering a specific Jeep- was told I was unable to order that model and would have to get a more expensive one. Funny, didn’t even leave the lot and called Chrysler in PS. Eli was super nice and placed the order for me. Exact model and everything I wanted.Literally had my deposit in hand. Glad I didn’t give it to these people.
Made an appointment over a week ahead for a simple recall notice for 9am. Was told that since I had no ride and had to wait that I would be given word to hurry me along. After almost 3 hours sitting alone in the waiting room I saw that my car had not moved from where I dropped it off. Only because I gave a frustrated look at the girl who promised me to hurry things along did people jump on it and the work was done in10 minutes. Terrible customer service. Over half a day shot to hell.
Sold alarm system as part of deal for new Jeep. It took over a month and chasing (by me) just to get an appointment for the install. I found the service team to be unfriendly and unaware of good customer service practices.
To start off i called the dealership service department to ask about my oil change and they said i can come in anytime before 4:30pm any day without the need to have an appointment. When my wife arrived the next day at 2:40pm they turned her down and told her the dont take cars in after 2:30pm. She explained that both of us have morning jobs and we are not off until after 3pm therefore it’s impossible for us to arrive any earlier. They said there was nothing that they could do. After they turned her down and she left, i called and they said they could do an appointment for 3:30 the next day. Why would they tell me we dont need an appointment then turn me down for not having one? My wife drove out there to be turned down when they could’ve communicated with us instead.Service wise, they were supposed to do an oil change and tire rotation. That is what our paperwork shows, but that is not what was done. We have our tires marked and they were not rotated.I am overall very dissatisfied with the service department for everything stated above. They are not only cheating us and not maintaining our vehicle they are also cheating the system by writing off things that were not done and charging for them.

Ive been going to 1 10 Dodge since 2015 and bought 5 plus vehicles from there and always had great service until today. Today I had a Mr. Cunningham in the service dept writing up my service order. He was very rude, a little stand offish and I believe thats a direct reflection back on the service dept. I come in there quit frequently for oil changes and other services on 3 vehicles and I definitely will NOT go back to that service advisor again!!****JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER AT 1 10 DODGE MR.TERRY AND THE CONVERSATION WENT VERY GOOD. THIS PAST INCIDENT WASNT DIRECTED TOWARDS MR. TERRY ONLY THE INDIVIDUAL THAT WAS MENTIONED ABOVE. INDIVIDUALS LIKE MR. TERRY, MR. Tech on phone was happy to let me know I could drop off my vehicle and leave over night which was exactly what I needed.upon arrival I was greeted and help right away. besides my basic oil change I was there for I had a small concern about something I was hearing while driving. They were happy to help and address the concern. Picking up the next afternoon was fast and easy with all concerns addressed. Awesome service!!!! Thank You! Will definitely be back for all services and concerns.
Terrible experience. Parts department was great, yet Im referred to the service department. 8 employees stand around and wont answer my questions. Took 20 minutes to get someone to ask what I want. Yet they see me waiting. People come in and I am ignored. Never will I patronize this dealership.Really dont want to say this, but I dont speak Spanish. They are a woke business.
Couldnt get an appointment that wasnt two weeks or more away BUT I went in Saturday morning for first come first serve service and was treated to excellent service!

Thought Id give them a second chance, came for an oil change. I was heading on a road trip. Dropped off my car at 8:00 a.m. they said it would be done at noon. At 1:00 p.m. I came and found out that they had not done anything to my car. Dont waste your time. Your better off going to the Cathedral City location.
The worst experience Ive ever had, after leaving my jeep at the dealer for service due to it turning off randomly they had my jeep for a week so after a week of my jeep being there I called for an update and I was shocked to hear my jeep was ready for pick, I asked the women what ended up being wrong with my jeep because nobody ever called to tell me she stated the throttle needed to be fixed and it was and now running back to its normal self. So I went that same day to pick up and received my invoice will details on it only to find out they stated they couldnt find any issues and no repairs were made. After readying the notes they stated they drove my jeep 30 miles and didnt find any issues but once I got back in my jeep I noticed the milage was the exact same milage as when I dropped it off. So clearly it was never driven the 30 miles. Then reading my invoice over again I noticed at the top they put my milage at intake and out and that too had the exact same milage. I reached out to the manager several times to figure out whats going on and have yet to hear back. I also was suppose to have my tires rotated and I do have them marked and noticed that wasnt done neither, it just seems like they had my jeep for a week and did absolutely nothing. Dealer service just cant be trusted.

This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 5:50pm and were leaving the lot with the car by 6:30pm; 40 minutes total which included the test drive. They were efficient, professional, had the car cleaned and ready to go, and most of the paperwork done before I even arrived. I couldn’t be happier.
After many years of having my car serviced at I-10, I will not take it back nor will I send anyone else there. The customer service was awful!!!!!!
I had a negative service experience at I-10 Dodge/Chrysler and left a scathing review when prompted by their after-visit email. However, to their credit, the sales manager called me within 30 minutes of my review posting and put me in touch with the service manager Terry. Terry spent quite a bit of time on the phone convincing me to give them another chance to fix my issues. I brought the truck back in and although it took a couple of visits to sort out all my issues (as it turns out, the main one was a known problem which Chrysler had already released a fix), Terry did everything possible to make sure all issues were fixed properly. He did this with a great attitude and most importantly, listened and fully understood the issues before starting the work. I-10 Dodge/Chrysler completely turned my experience around from a negative to a big positive. They will get all my future business.
Car buying can be hit and miss. It’s either a positive experience where you leave with something you like and you feel satisfied. Or, you end up hating what you’re driving, feeling ripped off, or having that just-dropped-the-soap-in-the-jail-shower feeling.This was my second trip to I-10 Dodge. That should be evidence my first purchase there was more than acceptable. Obviously, there are dealerships everywhere in SoCal and five near me. I initially dealt with Joseph, one of their internet sales people. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and understood what I was looking for. He kept me updated with possible selections without a constant barrage of salesmanship.Ultimately Ralph took over and found what I was looking for. We did the deal in just a few hours and I was on my way. There’s something to be said about a car purchase experience where there is no pressure, no regret, and no feeling you need to shower directly afterwards to wash the shame away.I’ll be back to I-10 Dodge, maybe for a Hellcat.
I made an appointment first thing Friday morning and didn’t get my truck back until Monday at lunch. It needed batteries. They couldn’t assist in balancing my oversized wheels. Took a bit longer then I expected to change 2 batteries, but Mark did a great job explaining that they were backed up and appointment times don’t really mean anything. Truck starts and runs great now. So if you can wait a few days for your ride, I’m sure it’ll get taken care of when they can get to it.

Dropped truck off for lube oil filter and fuel filters. Anyhow my service writer tried calling me 830 am and I wasnt able to answer, anyhow, I tried several times to reach service department with no answer. So I Showed up and was meet by the service writer and he explained how I needed additional services. Well he started with how expensive it was going to be $1,388.00 for egr cleaning service and crank case filter replacement which rubbed me really wrong. I made a call to my son which is Asc certified diesel mechanic and he explained the process and he would walk me through it. That evening I bought the filter and cleaner from dodge parts department ( I payed a 100 dollars to much) this is not a Dodge part only boxed.by Dodge. O Reillys has same.filter brand for a.100 rather then 200.00. Anyhow the estimated time for. Billing service. was 6.1 hrs I did it in under 2 hours. The egr valve cleaned in about 30 minutes of soaking rather 3. Hrs as recommended. Had the dealer not been so greedy I probably would of paid 650 700 to get it done. Anyhow I have serivce package I paid for lube oil filter is the only reason for going back. I will find another shop for bigger services with fairer prices. Well Im satisfied. That I save myself 1100 dollars and.Dodge got none . Always.question your service writer and educate yourself on services being performed. No one answers the phone there. It does not matter what time you call. My time is not important to i10 dodge as there time is to me. I bought my first dodge in 25 years from I10 and after this experience I bought my last dodge from I10 dodge. As my charger was being worked on I traded it away for a new car from a dealer that has customer service. By the end of today I will be dodge free

Car is on best warranty so when it broke down I was assured it will be taken care of. 1 month later the car broke down again. Both times they had no cars to loan. Getting through to service took (no joke) 25 calls, as the system kept booting me out. When I did get ahold of someone they wouldnt answer the question but transferred me again to get booted. This is why American car brands are declining, cars are not as reliable, and the service is horrendous. Unfortunately, for a blue blooded America I may have to jump ship to people that care.
My daughter purchased a 2019 Durango in Riverside, Ca. She moved to Indio and had to go to 110 doge for the first time. She keeps getting the run around about the parts and cannot seem to get her car in for repair. They don’t car. They never have loaner cars and she works in Blythe. Her primary person of contact is Janero. Our family loves dodge I’m disappointed that because she moved she doesn’t get the same positive service attention. She needs a dependable car and service facility.

I wish I could give 0 stars!This is the worst service dealer EVER in the Nation!Stay away from this dealership!Its now over two months that the dealership has our car, making mistakes on the parts they order but worst of all is they could care less about their clients! They never ever will call to give you an update on the car! We have been told on several occasions the car was ready when it was not!First time was delivered within five minutes the car broke again for the same issue, and another two times they told us a date, we show up and the car is not ready!Worst of all i told them we were coming all the way from Temecula to pick up the car, and they never had the decency to even tell us not to come because the car was not ready! Yes, I repeat, they told us the car was ready and when we got there it wasnt it, but they never called us to let us know not to make it, each time coming from an hour drive!During this over two months i have to call to check on them because they would never call!Our guy, Gerardo is pretty much useless and could care less, as well as his manager Terry!Useless Service Dealership! Do your self a favor andStay away, buy from somewhere else!

Everyone was super helpful. The service was quick and easy. And they had a great area complete with comfy chairs, free WiFi, and free water and coffee that I hung out in while waiting for my car. Overall, very pleasant experience!
