Worst customer service ever, a friend and I went to the store to buy a sim card and the so call manager Josh said to us: I cant sell you a sim card unless you buy a phone or activate a phone. I went on line, at metropcs and they do sell sim cards. I call him the next day 09-18-2020 to ask for his manager and he refused to give me that information and this guy Josh says I am the manager. Just by the conversation it was very obvious that all he wanted was the commission he was going to make if he sold us a phone or activate one. He was very rude and had no customer service or social skills, Metropcs should be ashamed to have some one like him representing them.

I love the customer service they’re always willing to help you out and I like the raffles they’re friendly polite respectful caring for their customers. They give good deals always smiling and happy. They have patience with their customers when they need to choose(buy)a new device. And that’s priceless.also the accessories for the devices are good quality and at a super good price.

Really bad service they mess with your info & the one in Coachella very disrespectful with women staff in Coachella & Indio really messing up others girls have complains over the same dudes
