Optometrist, was very thorough and answered all my questions didnt feel rushed. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Every single person in the office was extremely nice and welcoming. From the girl who checked people in, the girls at the front desk, the girls who ran the eye tests, Dr. Brown who was the absolute sweetest, and the gentleman who helped me pick out my frames! I was beyond impressed by how personable everyone was! I highly recommend going here!!

This place is beyond the best optometrist world wide! They found out what my problem was in a heartbeat doctors and staff and managers are so respectful & they make sure you leave with a smile on your face 🤩 I would highly recommend this place especially for young ones! They have so many variety and styles of glasses from sunglasses to glasses to bifocals to safety glasses and other amazing things! And they are also having and epic promotion! If you have IEHP and you buy a pair of glasses you get one for free!! Now that’s a steal! Also the office is well cleaned and sanitized.

I would give this place 5 stars! The woman who put in my eye drops for me and my daughters was nice and calm. Our doctor was also kind as well! She was enthusiastic and lively too! At my visit there I didn’t experience anything bad there nor did I see anything bad.

I have been going to Coachella Vally Optometry for years and have never experienced great customer service till now! Nancy is a doll! Very patient and explained everything she was doing during my exam!

The Dr. and the Intake Assistant were great. I did not appreciate the last Assistant who measured my mom’s eyes for glasses, when she commented about my mom still driving. My mother is elderly and could of easily taken offense to someone or anyone asking her if she still drives. That was very unprofessional of the Assistant!

Gave 5 stars because I made my appointment and everything super easily online. They texted to confirm 2 days before the appointment and even though the cutoff time was 6 pm I wasnt able to respond until 6:40 and they still accepted me! The appointment day was really quick and easy and only took about 30 minutes total to get done as long as you complete all the paperwork online to make it quick.

It was my sons first visit and I have to say, the staff made us feel super welcomed. It was a very nice vibe and just great feeling to be here. All questions were answered and they were informative on the situation of distance learning and how it affects the eye sight. I was able to get a pair of glasses to protect my son from the screen headaches for a very reasonable price. I plan to come back here for my own appointment and buy a new pair of glasses 🤓Thank you so much to the entire staff, especially Sara and Dr Lee for everything they helped us with.

The staff are very polite really helpful when selecting your frames. Dr Lee is the best she has really helped me to see a lot clear with the lenses she chose for me. Shes awesome!

A little waiting time even with an appointment but after you’ll go right through all the tests...I didn’t mind waiting since it gave me time to look at my options for the frame of my glasses! All the staff was friendly and nice, non made me feel out of place. Every station I went to they all made me feel welcomed! Definitely coming back for my future pairs!

Yes the staff is very friendly and helpful and the Doctors are great, today i had an appointment to see a doctor just for eye drops. But what i did not like is that i didnt feel safe they have so many people in that clinic, i think they need to do something about it at least till covid19 virus is gone thanks.

Cristian was the best helper, the girl at the front outside of the office wasnt much helpful, but Cristian went out of his way he did a great effort and helped me out with getting me a prescription i needed, thank you Cristian for allowing me to leave this place happy 😊

LOVE how they state they are closed from 1pm-2pm for lunch Mon-Fri. And it’s been 3 times now, that they set my appointment for eye glasses pick up at 12:45, and every time I arrive at 12:40, they are CLOSED!!! This is unbelievable and unacceptable! That fact that I’m wasting my time and gas driving to there location at the time they gave me, just for them to be CLOSED AGAIN!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Le was very helpful and informative, she explained everything to me very well and was easy to talk to and understand. I would definitely recommend this office.

I normally don’t review things but this place was phenomenal. It was my first time going to an eye exam without my mom because apparently being an adults means doing things by yourself. The people there were super nice and understanding and the examiner was super dope. I think the only thing that was sub-par was the lady checking my in she was kinda going fast and I could hear but the place was overall amazing!

Dr Lee was very caring helpful and explained in details to me clearly. Made me feel like family.

I had cataract surgery so I no longer needed prescription lenses in my sunglasses. CVO did an excellent job replacing the lens with just the perfect shade I needed for golf. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Its terribke that they cant fit you in for a eye exam! Appointments available until next moth! They dont seem to understand the fact of I need glasses now...went to mexicali and got them within 1 hr.

I always enjoyed coming to this location since I was little when it was Dr. Mark Gillespies office. The physicians are professional but when it comes to customer service I feel the staff can provide a bit more. Im not sure if the staff are working off commission when selling frames but I always feel they push buying a second pair at discounted rates even after I said no. Also if you request a prescription make sure to pick up one for both glasses and contacts. I picked up a prescription for contacts to get filled at Costco since the pack was cheaper and when I arrived the person at Costco notified me I had the wrong prescription. Contacted the office and let them know I was at Costco and if they can fax them a copy but was told the physicians were all busy. This is understandable however I was also told someone would contact me back in 10 min a week later no phone call. Instead I drove down to request a correct prescription and have not returned since.

They policy says customer satisfaction is main priority I had a problem with my glasses and they didnt give me any options they wanted me to keep them and re pay for new pair. They say once glases are made no refunds i ask before I bought them if I had any issues I could bring them back for refund they say yes but when I went back next day manager say I had to have canceled the prescription before made how was I suppose to know the glases where not gonna work for before they where made ??Makes no sense the glases I got there causing me headaches been over 2 weeks now and the paper policy say 100% customer guarantee or your money back I do not recommend go to WALMART there way better nicer frames

Dr Lee is wonderful! She made wearing glasses and/or contacts cool for my teenager. He can’t wait to get his new glasses AND now, his contacts. She explained every little bit of his current vision to us and even gave us an outlook into how his vision might progress as he gets older and further into the future. I love her! I’m going to make an appointment to see her for myself now.The options they have for materials are very affordable and they do everything they can to make insurance coverages stretch for the benefit of the patients’ wallet. The staff, from the doorstep-in to the doorstep-out, are very kind, respectful of persons and time, and professional.We’ve been coming here for 4 years. Previously we were going to a very high-end, full service optometry business in La Quinta, (that I will not name here). I would choose CV Optometry over our previous optometry place anytime. They may not be fancy, but their service compares apples to apples with that other place in every way. Give them a chance at your business- you will not be disappointed!

My most recent visit was with a young male doctor (totally forgot his name :[ ). He was very friendly. He made casual conversation as he performed the procedures. I appreciated that he gave me a recommended frame and eye plan. Will always return!

As a Vet, the VA set up my appointment, and they took great care of this USMC Vet. Kudos for the VA for an awesome referral.

Don’t have enough experience to order what you want. Workers who have lot experience will help you lot better with no problems.(((adding)) ....because they don’t let you write again.... this company is scamming the insurance and the people with insurance same eye test,glasses and lens charge more than others company with test Ithey want me to pay 1/2 of the price and frame and lens almost no saving they charge me for sunglasses $438 with the other company I paid 238. Hope they get investigated for fraud on the insurance and the people. Is a scam what they do

Ive been coming to this eye doctor since I could remember. Overall experiences have been great, no complaints! My last visit was very thorough. The doctor did a full eye exam, one thing I think I forgot to mention was to have my eyes dilated but he was still able to diagnose the issue I was having. Great remodel as well. Staff are quick and very friendly.

Great staff, friendly and engaging and the doctor I saw Amazing!! I normally go to Lenscrafters but they couldnt get my prescription right after several return trips. This office did test the other did not. Make a long story short they found my problem was BRVO Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion yes serious. Ive never felt so much concern and attentiveness to get moving rapidly with intent to save my vision. I am absolutely appreciative of all who helped from start to finish of my exam. Now to move forward to save my vision..thank everyone at CV Optometry!

The entire team at Coachella Valley Optometry was very friendly and helpful. Their office is very efficient so they take care of you very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All in all everything was good, super relaxed and professional. Dr. Zaw was super cool to talk to, she didnt even feel like a doctor was in my face, so kudos to her! The check-in laminated papers having to be done with sharpie are kind of a let down I think and could use improvement as it would smear here and there. Maybe use regular check in papers, scan them into the system, and shred the documents to save filing space? Online docs were also offered though, so maybe that takes care of that awkward I dont want to turn these sharpie-smeared-papers in feeling. All in all, definitely a good place, will definitely go back for future visits.

I once had a very pleasant experience with this company. This January I had an email reminder to sign up for my annual check up. I made an appointment and was called the day before my appointment and was notified that my insurance was not the same and my new insurance did not cover the eye exam with this company. So I canceled my appointment. Then I kept getting email reminders. I eventually had phone messages saying that I should take advantage of my free annual check up. So I called back and was again told that my insurance didn’t cover me. So I asked the staff to please quit bugging me if I was not covered. I don’t understand why a company would want to waste their employees’ time by calling and emailing people who won’t pay and are not covered. The employee said that she would make sure that I would no longer be contacted. Today I saw that I received another email request to get free eye glasses and an eye exam. This company is more aggressive than a used car salesmen. It is so annoying and they just won’t stop.

I saw Doctor Brasfield yesterday for my son’s annual check up. She is very nice, patient, and professional. Her staffs are all friendly. As a mom, I would definitely see her again and recommend her to other friends. By the way, Doctor Brasfield is not only knowledge, and also very beautiful.😊

Very friendly staff and excellent patient care. They were quick, and they also helped me choose the right glasses for my wife and myself.

Steer clear of I went in despite the comments, I had seen on yelp and google only to have my time wasted.I waited about 35 min for a quote on price only to be told by an other employee doing paper work it would be bout $50 more then stated at the start by her coworker right next to her. I was on a time jam and decided I would pay the even higher then normal price because I was guaranteed excellent quality. I pay and am told it will be 2 weeks or even sooner. I go home look at the receipt only to see my claim ticket has the wrong number. I give it a few days and call to even make sure they have my number correct . 11 days go by nothing !! 13 days go by I call and a person says it’s because of my private insurance “the delay” hence I payed cash!!!! No vision coverage. Day 14 Call again they say they haven’t even been fabricated . Day 15 I call in to see what’s the hold up.. another employee tells me just to keep calling everyday. Finally fed up, I call again and say I want to cancel my order and I need my frames and money back. They say I already had a service ticket in and they weren’t sure why I didn’t get a call back. They say they will make another service ticket and note that I’m on the way to the location for my refund.I arrive to the location only to see another customer in tears because an employee broke her glasses! The lady next to the employee who had done that had no sympathy or customer service and blankly lifted up a laminated paper she had signed before and said she wasn’t responsible for the glasses. The customer left in tears they did nothing to help her. As I waited in the waiting room I sadly thought don’t tell me that’s the manger who I’m waited to talk to !Guess what it was ! Just like before she had no intention in helping me at all. She tried any way she could to keep my money. Even said they were already fabricated. Which I knew was total bs because I call everyday and nothing !!!! Then when she knew I wasn’t leaving with out my money back she said I would get a refund but she wanted to take a fee!!🤮🤮🤬excuse me but no I want all my money in cash because she even brought up wanting to pay me in a check. She didn’t give me the owners number like I requested and I didn’t even get my frames back now I gotta wait idk how many more days For them to get returned back. I literally argued for my money back for 30 min!!! The sad part was the same employee dropped another customers glasses on the floor in front of me and picked them up with out a care and threw them in the box 🤬🤬🤬🤦‍♀️so disappointing to see she has no lack of care for her customers eyewear .SmhMaybe the manger should of checked the cameras like the customer who left in tears requested she do!Won’t be back here. I have 3 pairs of frames that needed new lenses .I rather go elsewhere and I’m glad I only tested them for one frame because I doubt they would of gave me a refund for them all !!!!‘When you own a business you have to be involved in all aspects, even though I know first hand it’s tedious. .when your not your employees don’t hold up your standards.’“” Updated went in to get my glasses only to have my husband get off and wait more then 30 min and them not to be able tell him to honestly they can’t find my glasses because they are locked away and don’t have the keys !!!! I called again and guess what the employee of course can’t do anything and of course refuses like always to give owner information! “”I’ve wasted more gas coming here for my glasses in the past weeks then what I paid for my other frames to get don’t somewhere else . It’s time for the BBB to look at this location closely and file a report for my property . “”

Really great place in and out with my appointment looks more like an eye doctors then it did last time I was there back in 2016 when it was so dark and clumy! The staff is really nice and very attentive! Better then most other optometrist office!

Dr. Brasfield has been my eye doctor for many years. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Not only does she give me great glasses and contact lenses, she also cares about the health of my eyes. Highly recommended.

I was very concerned about having to change optometrist especially after being with a well established clinic for over 25 years. However, I had the pleasure of having my appointment with Dr. Brasfield. I was extremely happy with her expertise and friendliness. She got my contact lenses fitting perfectly and my vision is so much sharper! Also, theyre so much more affordable! Anyone needing a optometrist give Dr. Brasfield a call!! 100% satisfied!

Nice service they push you buying a second pair

I took my daughter for an eye exam and the receptionist and Dr were nice. However, this guy named Angel was kind of pushy. I was there to only purchase lenses for my daughters glasses because her frames were fairly new still. Angel kept on insisting that I purchase frames as well and I had to REPEATEDLY say I only wanted the lenses. It was extremely ANNOYING. I ABSOLUTELY HATE PUSHY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

I don’t ever remember having to pay $40 extra for the type of lense I received. In regards to transitional - i paid an addition $24 then the last time I ordered my glasses. I will look into the price difference with my insurance.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was 15 (I’m 25 now) & have always had a good experience. The last time I came was 2 years ago & the glasses I got then now broke. I call to make an appointment & I am asked “For when?” I ask if if there’s anything for the following day & im told no. So I then ask “What about for the upcoming week?” The lady says “We don’t have anything until August 1”... OK, so why not start off with that, right? ALSO, how about a “Sorry but we don’t have anything available until August” Anyways, I decide to do a walk in because I can’t wait 3 weeks to be seen. I come in & am told off the bat that the wait time will be 2-3 hours. WELL, here I am 2 1/2 hours later & LET ME TELL YOU, they weren’t lying. SO, my advice is if you know you’ll be needing to come in just know you’ll be waiting 3 weeks for an appointment OR if you decide to do a walk in make sure your phone is charged because you’ll need entertainment during your 3 hour wait!

I took my son here for a checkup and they were very nice they treated him very good and were patient with him.

Yesterday i had an appointment for my mother which has dementia i am glad to say they were patient and took every alternative to meet her standard i am very satisfied thanks you to all staff especially Gloria and the tall woman optometrist with blond hair that was there on monday June 23
