Francisco responded quickly to my request for a quote. The whole process went off without a hitch. The quote was fair and they did a beautiful job. The workers respected our home and our time. Everyone was polite and friendly. We were invited to visit their shop to preview our slab before they started to fabricate our countertops. In just days we got the call that our countertops were ready and they came to put them in the very next day. At least 3 days early! Just honestly an overall positive experience.

Francisco and his team installed new countertops and backsplash in my uncle’s kitchen. This job was a little more complex since it involved me coordinating the project remotely on behalf of my uncle. Throughout the entire project, Francisco’s communication and customer service was stellar. He was always readily available to answer questions and review timelines. We had some custom work done which had a few issues but Francisco went above and beyond to help us resolve them. Even with the few issues we had, the project was completed in the timeframe originally specified. We bought a house in the desert on a golf course with a beautiful view. It needed a total rehaul so the first thing we attacked was the kitchen. We got Francisco’sname where we purchased the granite . From the very beginning our experience was top notch and excellent !!!Francisco is very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable .When he first came in with a special infrared rayInstrument to EXACTLY measure the size of our kitchen to the minute detail we knew immediately that we were in good hands .We bought an a unusual granite with lots of sparkles and areas that would be easy to chip in fabrication but they did a Perfection job .Our granite and island are amazing. They were ahead of schedule and the installation went so smoothly. They laid down the kitchen and returned to measure the exact dimensions for the backsplash with the special infrared machine again and that was placed soon after.I have remodeled many a home but I found Francisco and his crew to be the Best of the Best !!I can highly recommend him without hesitation .

My wife and I recently completed our home renovation (new kitchen and baths, cabinet resurfacing, appliances, etc). We hired Artistry based on a strong recommendation from a local large high-end custom home builder. After choosing the stone, Francisco came for the initial measurements (all by laser) and that same day presented us with a template for our review. The quartz we purchased had a veining structure that was a little tricky to bookmatch. Francisco said we needed an extra slab and we were sure he was wrong - he was not. Had we not bought the extra slab, it would have slowed our timeline considerably. In the process prior to install, my wife and I tweeked a cabinet layout which we thought might compromise the template. Francisco was more than happy to come back and re-laser at no additional cost. He gave us two different photographic renderings of how the veins might lay out and advised us on the right one to choose. The job turned out better than our wildest expectations. Keep in mind, Francisco and his company had to work with our electrician, cabinet company and appliance install company to make sure that everything went in place at the right time and in the right order - If you have not seen this process before, the tolerance for error is tiny - in our case, 1/8th of an inch - that means, you cannot afford to screw up. We feel like we were treated very fairly and there was just enough stone for him to redo our powder room which looks incredible. Our job was done on-time, for slightly less than he bid and my wife is thrilled which makes my life a lot easier. I would recommend Artistry Stone to any of my friends or clients. Thank you.
