The line is usually long but theyre open late at night and they are unmatched in flavor. You will never have a replacement for the flavor of a cheeseburger from this place. The protein style burgers are also very good.

Came here for a quick pit stop on the drive between AZ and CA and was pleasantly surprised! It’s a very unsuspecting location since they don’t have a big yellow arrow and it’s pretty small, The staff was very nice and I was happy to see they were all wearing masks. The service was super quick and I had my food within 5 minutes. Also I thought the touchless soda machine was a cool touch!

Were from the east coast and are unfamiliar with this chain. We decided to grab a bite in Indio, California on our way back to Vegas. My original thought, while waiting in a long line at the drive-thru, was that this business should never be called in-and-out, because it appears to be anything but that. But as our 25 min wait evaporated and we got our order, we realized why the line was long. Best fast food burger on earth. A touch of crunch, the burger was properly charred, the bun toasted, and the cheese infused (not just a slice laying in top). Its a 5 star burger place, if you have the time to wait your turn.

There’s not much to say about IN&OUT except that sticking with just burgers makes perfect, and that’s why they have the best burgers!

Got off to order since the line int the drive thru was really long. Service from the guy that helped us was just awful I can tell he had a long day. Also fries were hard not like the usual.

Coming from the DC area this was the first time I tried this place and while it wasnt FANTASTIC it was still very good. They have this sauce called the animal sauce, that you have to make sure you ask for on your sandwich. It is delicious. I had the protein style burger which is a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. I wouldnt eat this multiple times a day but I am happy I finally was able to try it AND the prices are super CHEAP. They also sell t-shirts for $12.95 and vanilla, chocolate and strawberry milkshakes.

My daughter loves their burgers, fries and shakes. Only thing is, the meat patties are getting smaller that they never fit the bun and you end up eating just bread. 🤔

This was my first time eating at In-N-out and I liked it a lot. The food is good and the price is also good. If you like a twist in your food, animal style is the best option. Shakes are also very good; the taste is rich and the consistency is thick but not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and the food is ready quite fast. Restrooms have a code, so make sure you ask the staff for it. Definitely a good experience, which there was an In-N-out near me.

Every In-N-Out is great. However I felt this is the best Ive met. I think its because the burns were warm.

Went just before noon on a Sunday and no line. Restaurant was clean and well-kept. Service was quick and food was good as always. Had the cheeseburger and fries, also had animal style double cheeseburger and fries ordered and two milkshakes.

Was starving after over 3 hours of waiting to get the COVID vaccine just down the street. Saw In n Out, and got in their line! In about 15 minutes we had our delicious burgers with grilled onions, fries, coke and a chocolate shake! The service was fast, efficient, and the food was really really good. Highly recommend this location, although all of them are good.

The card reader did not work properly so I had to swipe my card multiple times. If this were not In N Out, I would be concerned for credit card fault.My wife’s burger was not cooked completely.Both of our fried were also undercooked.

Staff was fine, but I got horrible food poisoning here. I wrote to warn the store manager about it but got no reply, so now leaving a bad review to warn you. I got stuck in my van 2 blocks away throwing for two days before I was well enough to drive home. Avoid.

Worse customer service ever. How can I help you, Coming from the Manager of course she said that after she started to pay attention to me and after I placed my order. She is unorganized and she doesnt know how to manage her team. Roberto did an outstanding customer service with me since I walked thru the door with out any questions. As you see store was really slow at the time of service yet it was unorganized and unattended in the floor. The manager lady which I will not name was rude and not customer frendly to me will be sorry for this. I will not come back to this one. Great place as always. The quality of the burgers has not changed over the years, although the size definitely has. Smaller burgers but the taste is great. The employees are nice and the service is quick. Milkshakes are definitely something to try. I love that the sodat here is very carbonated, unlike most places that give you flat soda. Animal style fries are also pretty good, I recommend you eat those immediately after getting them because they arent so good if you wait a while (especially for takeout).

The burger was good but I asked for hot fries and the fries were cold. Not impressed.

Best burgers in town! The staff is amazing and offers excellent customer service. However, if you are planning to stop by, I would recommend for you to order inside. The drive through line gets extremely long. Ordering inside is so much faster.

This place is packed around the clock but its worth it. The employees are friendly and the food is great. This is a great place to eat for a cheat day if youre a gym go-er like me. You gotta get the fries Animal Style and the Double-Double with chili peppers. You will not regret it.

Have been here once a week for a couple of months now. Usually decent. Yesterday the fries tasted like they were out of a bag i.e., hard outside and the shakes had been sitting a while so they were watery (why do places DO that?). Will be here again but hope its better next time.

In-N-Out is always one of my go to places when I really want a burger and am undecisive as to what Burger I really want. Anyone who comes to in and out instantly thinks California. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a really good burger and are trying to save some money.

Its all about the burger! I like In and Out because its consistent. This particular restaurant is just that and more. Clean, friendly staff, great burgers. Thats what Im looking for, and this place delivers! One word of caution. Its almost always packed. Have patience, the staff cranks it out.

Best fast food burger, great milkshakes, all of which is cheaper than the likes of McDonalds and Jack in the Box, etc.

Ok they have been opened for years and they sell hamburgers. Just the same thing different flavors on the secret menu, still they stuck to their values and did not change. That is what makes them great. Oh yeah and the food, a thin patty with melted cheese, topped with crunchy pickles and thousand islands dressing, crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, all on a buttery bun. Enough said. All In-N-Out Burger are the same. Go there try it. Be satisfied.

The burger patties are now flatter and smaller and less meatier than about a year ago. Prices have risen on all combos and drinks. I will only buy socially now not individually because to me it is no longer fulfilling. I now have to order a double cheese burger combo just to feel satisfied. Other than that still same great tasty burgers.
