Do Not have your radio installed here. Jeff seems nice but he doesntknow what he is doing and his tech ruined my car. I currently have a battery draw from the radio install discovered by Palmer Auto Electric which kills the battery if left installed in 1 day, his tech caused a power surge that shorted out my power seat motor while I was present, Their work is shoddy leaving bits and pieces everywhere. but more importantly, the car has been unusable since the install. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

I originally gave them a 5 star review because I thought that they helped me out... They actually made my situation worse. They dont know what theyre doing, at all. What they were supposed to install; it was missing wires that needed to be connected. I had to take my vehicle to another business who showed me the problem and fixed it for me. I dont understand how you say that you can do something and then do it wrong; especially being experts in audio/visual components. Not cool.

Great service always in and out in a flash, I only get my car smog check done here. They also do registaion, and anything they do is 100 times faster than the DMV.

First off youre greeted by Jaba the Hut who has ZERO customer service skills. They never have anything in stock and want u to pay a fee to order it online. Ive gone there 3 times and all 3 times i waited nearly 30+mins for the installation guy to show up and he never does(still dunno what he looks like to this day). Theres no point going early or at all unless u want to wait forever for answers and service. Better off using youtube and doing it yourself or take it elsewhere

Jeff Carmona at Precision Auto Sound offered to take my nearly brand new Marantz 8 inch woofer, box, Phoenix Gold amplifier, and controller on consignment for $250. I had paid $600 for the system elsewhere. In 5 days he said that he had it sold it for $200 and gave me $150. He said the buyer wanted it for $200 installed. So I got $150, or 25% of my purchase price. I have a compact vehicle and I needed the extra trunk space the woofer + box had been taking up. I have no idea what Jeff actually sold it for. I am just happy to have it out of there without having to deal with Craigslist.

They will install anything, even if it doesnt go with your vehicle... once you notice it doesnt work they will not give you your money back. Even when they know something is not going to work, they will install it just to keep your money. I say it by experience with these morons.

I had a very bad experience with this guy he made me buy a new battery new alternator and never fix my radio correctly he was saying that its my radio and its my truck I have bought a brand new stereo from somewhere else missing screws on my dashboard he never fixed it correctly
