Angle was informative and very polite. Only down fall is its a cash only business, which my insurance did not tell me beforehand, so hand to find a ATM.

Art @ Muffler World totally helped me out. I had an issue with some work that another shop had done. He took a look at it for me and as I suspected it was not right. He showed me and fixed it right there on the spot. I would totally recommend Muffler World, Art and his staff. Thank you.

Repeat after me, “I’m really sorry I wasted yours and your family’s time.”After telling me Monday would work for drop off, I limp my old truck in to find a shop completely closed for Presidents’ Day. A simple and understandable mistake on their part that unfortunately wasted a chunk of my wife and I’s morning, and the guy can’t muster any shred of an apology. Wouldn’t have been hard and he could’ve kept my business. There are other people who can weld, and actually be courteous at the same time.

I do not know if Muffler World’s mechanical services are good, but I do know their customer service is not.

May look a bit rough around the edges in the lounge area. But quality of work is great and Id rather have the quality than a chair.Big plus, is the staff are honest. Experienced first hand. Vehicle was put on a lifting rack. And I was shown what they were looking at. They could have made a job of the issue I was concerned about. But they did not. Told me the issue was nothing to be concerned about. Sent me on my way. May I dare to say, Just like the good old days!

We had to get the exhaust pipe welded to the catalytic converter. They were professional, reasonable and was able to fix it right away. Oh yeah, the repair was on a 30 foot motorhome.

I needed a trailer hitch put on my Nissan Murano. I went to U haul and they were unable to screw in the bolts as there was rust on the nuts in the frame. I then went to Nissan who after 2 hours quoted me $1,300. I was referred to Muffler World by another auto shop who thought I might need the hitch to be welded. Muffler World instead was able to remove the bolts that U haul got stuck and re-thread the nuts so that the hitch could then be bolted on. The whole job cost less than half of what Nissan was going to charge me and was done in 2 hours. Great people doing high quality work!!!

I was referred by another shop. I was looking forward to spending whatever it took to get my muffler repaired/replaced. Drove over there and they were closed. It was a Sunday, but still odd. I called Monday and was told that they arent open on Sunday. Closed on Saturdays also. I explained that I work Monday-Friday. A lot of people do. Bad business practice Muffler World. Youre losing business.FAIL
