After googling the reviews and a friend highly recommending I go to the Ingleside Metro ( I live in A.P. only 5 blocks from the Metro Store) I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Laura who immediately welcomed me into the store. As I was approaching the counter, Stephanie asked how I was doing and how she could help me. Right then and there I knew I was in the right place. This young woman made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Not only was she very knowledgeable she was also able to quickly assess my needs and get me the exact phone I needed. After making my purchase, she sets up the number to the phone I see her get a bag and put the box and phone in it and I was like “your done”???? Every provider I have ever been to have taken between 2-4 hours. Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had in all the 27 years that I’ve had cellular service. Thanks for living up to your reviews . I will definitely highly recommend my friends and family to go to your store.
