This place is lacking that friendly feeling I get from H-E-Bs back in my hometown. Other than that its a nice small enough grocery store to run in and out to get what you need.

Like the store great in and out . Amazing. Would be nice if H.E.B would have more stores like this one. Reminds me when back in the 80s home town. I rate 110 percent. Customer satisfaction.

Small grocery store with all the things you could need.I like that you dont have to spend so much time running from one end of the store to the other side back and forth trying to find stuff.Customer service from the people is okay.Not too crowded.

The store really cant help.the size would be my only complaint.but The Young cashiers need to be trained.I have NEVER seen HEB Employees so Rude & look as if they hate Their job.until a year ago I lived in Portland and that Heb Store is Absolutely Awesome! And even their young cashiers a very friendly. Thats what u call bring trained correctly?!

The cutest HEB store ever!!! Everytime I enter it, it reminds of times before everything went to being big box stores! Keep Ingleside HEB this way.

Great HEB they had what I needed and a pretty wide selection of other stuff. Always difficult to go in for just the one item that I needed I always seem to walk out with a little bit more than I had planned on buying.

Bought a house here in town a year ago. Love the town, however do not like the size of the store. The town has plenty of workers and citizens that pass through. It gets packed in there quickly. H‑E‑B needs to re evaluate the size of that store. Limited options and stock is low due to space. Come on H‑E‑B let’s build a bigger and better one for us citizens!

It would be nice not to drive to Portland to buy groceries I live in Ingleside. So if i just need milk or bread its OK but with so many people that live here you would think we had nicer store

Very small...some .....alcoholic beverages are warm..no butcher counter...could use a significant expansion as a whole..only basing this on other HEB stores..but they generally have the usual items found in grocery stores..free wifi

Definitely my HEB!! A great HEB out of the way most of the time it will have what you need may not always have what you want. When times get tough and other HEBs dont have anything this is a great HEB to go to because its out of the way and in a small town. Big ice storm or a case of covid I would run here first to find what I need. Probably one of the last stores in the area to run out of stuff so overall its my HEB.

The HEB in Rockport is clean and convenient. They have a good selection fir a small store. The dog food selection is not great though.

HEB, is always a winner with Me as doing the storm ( Ice Storm in February) if you were in line with groceries they let you just walk out, no matter what you Had H E B The Boom!!

The people who work here are great! Friendly and helpful. Gave it 2 stars because it too small, outdated, little selection and absolutely no frills. My suggestion is that H.E.B. should show appreciation to the community by building a new store with everything that the Portland store has. Ingleside has more than enough residents and good amount of traffic that will shop there. The store stopped being cute and quaint about 15 years ago. It is laughed at because of the reasons I mentioned above. Now I would think that image is important to H.E.B. The town is embaradsed.

H.E.B. in general is a great company and i love it! This particular H.E.B. however is smaller than it should be for the town it is located in. But they cant help that. Anyway i digress. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home.

This store has the charm of a fast food store with most everything you would need from a big store! The employees are the best. Just dont head here for real shopping...like meats. Their meat department is rough.

Good place to get basic groceries, does not have a deli, but has quite a bit of things. Definitely worth going if you want to get in and out.

I had a problem with a service desk clerk not wanting to take my pennies & no I dont normally have lots of pennies. But life happens!!!! Speaking with the manager,he was more than happy to take them,problem solved!!! Thank you for being so understanding 😊 H.E.B. is the best!!!

This is a great heb location the store itself isnt big and they just have the essentials of what you need. We were in and out pretty fast and the cashiers did a excellent job of getting us ringed up quickly. The store itself was clean and so was the parking lot

People were very helpful. Small but never but once in a while they wont have something because of how small it is. HEB has plenty of other stores where you can find it.

The volume of customers is quickly exceeding what this store should handle. The area is booming with job growth, housing growth etc but the store remains as is. However, the workers stay constantly busy. The shelves stay well stocked. Variety could be better. And I do wish that prices and some of the selection wouldnt vary so drastically by store. I get that some of it is marketing, but when you are talking the difference of 10 miles between stores, your market isnt that much different.

Great service, Great store products, Great inclusion of local products whenever possible, Great disaster response teams, and really Great friendly employees. Shop any H.E.B. store in Texas and you will be pleased with your experience. Now if corporate H.E.B would decide to Greatly enlarge the Ingleside location, Ill upgrade to a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐review.

I have 3 kids and they wouldn’t let my husband and I get but 4 gallons of water for a day. We need to cook clean and have water to drink. I get times are hard but wow. The one girl wouldn’t even let him get some and then me get some. Thought per transaction not family! And they were rude about it. I guess I’ll drive to corpus. This place has really gone down hill with the staffing

We will now be shopping more at HEB due to the incredible way they responded after Hurricane Harvey. They were boots on the ground and ready to help almost immediately. From their donations, mobile kitchens, deep discounts on products...it is all appreciated! Thank you HEB!!!

This is a small HEB but it has a lot of really good stuff. Good selection in vegetables, less so in Meats but thats not surprising considering the lack of space. It definitely covers the basics and more than that.

Not enough of items as in other in your grocery stores.

One of these days they will either expand or close it. One of those stores if ya need something quick good place but doesnt have big inventory due to size
