I was craving a bacon cheeseburger and went to Sonic. Service was quick and my order arrived fast. The taste? It was great! It has been some time since Ive had such a good cheeseburger.

Got to say I love the half price drinks before 10:00 and between 2:00 and 4:00. Anytime Im in this town I have to stop between those hours cant pass up a good deal on an ice cold refreshing beverage. Its my drink stop.

Dont understand how items are on the order but not brought out. Drink carrier, Splenda, etc. I would I understand if they werent asked for but just because the carhop doesnt pay attention to their orders. I dont understand... its customer service.. b

Order was complete wrong, they didnt give the receipt, all of our breakfast burritos were open didnt even bother closing them correctly, and the people were completely rude.

They sometimes forget to add sauce to the jumbo popcorn chicken but other than that Ive never had a problem. Great people and great service worthy of good tips.

Just moved here in May, best sonic Ive ever lived near. Food always hot, order always correct, and the service is always friendly:)

Sonic is really good. Its not only good because their food is tasty but its also good because they listen to their customers. I posted a review a while back letting them know I was unhappy with some functionality and their application. A few weeks later I went back to Sonic and lo and behold they had resolved the issue in their application. Thank you Sonic for listening to your customers.

Came for my breakfast taco and did not get my tater tots and was overcharged a dollar this is some location you really need to watch what these girls are doing some of them dont know how to count and they will forget to put your order in the bag after you leave the drive up very poor management

I’ve been coming to Ingleside sonic for years and i’ve got to say that Gabriella is the sweetest carhop! she’s always quick and friendly. If there is a mistake with my order she’s very apologetic and fixes the problem in a hurry.. she’s the reason I enjoy coming to this location!! The food is always hot and fresh compared to surrounding stores!

Food is prepared great. Depending on the time of day service is pretty fast. Mornings are very slow, even though not many, if any customers. Ive waited 8-10 minutes for my order once it says its on the way. Frustrating when youre the only vehicle there and have to get to work.

Shouldnt take almost 30mins to get an order you placed buy your phones especially if it just one drink and people who pulled up after you did are getting their food and drinks long before you get your one drink you ordered. Absolutely horrible.

Everything we got was fresh and our order was fast and accurate!

Sat at the stall 20 minutes, nobody answered, asked an employee politely what was going and was told they were just busy. Waited a few more minutes just to overhear another car hop tell someone they were no longer taking orders. They could have at least answered at the stall and told me that instead of letting me sit there waiting for 20 minutes.

Horrible if we could give zero stars I would!!! Food is usually not fresh the wait time is ridiculous! Not just the employees are rude as hell but the so called manager on duty was even worse!

They never get my order correct, been there twice last year, and ask if i wanted my change back? Then she asked if I wanted to leave a tip?... I asked her the last time you went through McDonalds drive through if she gave them a tip?? She looked at me like why the hell would she give a tip.. so I gave her that same look and drove off.

Went for my lunch break. The bun looked and tasted like they soaked it in grease and the tater tots looked and tasted old. Very disappointed!
