I did an application for a refrigerator and was approved. My delivery was suppose to be today 07/23/2021, but they called me yesterday and said that they will be delivering it 07/22/2021. They never showed up. I called them and they insured me it will be delivered, but it wasn’t. The next morning which was this morning I called and they said it will be out today we were backed up in deliveries. What I don’t understand is if ur backed up how do u call me to deliver a day early. Hours went by so I called and they said it was out for delivery still and that they were calling me, but I didn’t answer and I had no missed calls so that was a lie and then when I called back they would not answer and is now 11:55 pm and still no refrigerator. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 The guy name was Eric
This store used to be top notch until a new manager arrived which is a lady . I have rented things here over 5 times . The new manager made several mistakes where the average person would be highly upset . They went into my bank account with out any agreement. Has not been given any receipts .which of coarse a person would be upset .. then had and emergency house come to town . Then refuse to rent to me so in professional because I spoke my mine . This manager needs to be fired !

UPDATE: 1 WEEK LATER.Today I was suppose to receive my delivery between 12-2pm. No furniture and no call. So I called they said they will call me back, then a hour went by, so I called them back like whats going on? So my application has been denied, for a reason they will not tell me. They said I will receive a letter. If they dont do credit checks then why am I denied? I have a job, reference, and id already put money down. Employee doesnt know anything. And said I need to drive back up there to get my refund. So inconvenient that I had to drive back up there, and that nobody called me to tell me about this denial., was anyone ever gonna call me? Or were they just gonna keep my money? And they wait a whole week, the day I am expecting my delivery to tell me this. WoW. Just so frustrating to have to go through this. I was prepared to receive my bed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER AT ALL.Id recommend living spaces instead. I will never return.
New manager Krin is terrible. Didn’t honor $15 first week sign on and applied autopay WITHOUT notification. Totally sketchy. Then when confronted she and her new teammate says all the problems are the old managers fault not hers...bla bla. Really bad customer service. Too bad because we’ve been customers of this location for like 6 years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and purchases many items. Shouldn’t have gotten rid of the good manager Chris. You’ve lost a very long time customer.

I was hesitant at first to walk into this rent a center. I had tons of question and Andy was very helpful and so patient with me. I can at times have too many questions but his patience made me feel at ease and felt that much more comfortable being here. He not only answered all my questions, but he gave me extra info I didn’t think to ask. That, in and of itself made me feel the transparency of their process. He definitely made my experience at this rent a center a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this location, specifically Andy, to anyone who is interested.
The customer service I received from Andy was exceptional to say the least. He was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this rent a center from now on. Andy was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Told me about a few promotions but never felt pressured to commit to anything and I really appreciated that.

Some of the staff there are not very knowledgeable nor do they have the ability to communicate simple things. The manager there was very good at stepping in and solving a concern I had. But as far as the associates there, Im scratching my head as to why anyone would hire them.

This Rent A Center is under construction. It is much nicer on the inside and outside now. Veronica and Chris are the most helpful employees there and I wouldnt choose to go to any other Rent-A-Center based off of there good customer service.
