Once again you guys know Im not going to fake my opinions.Going into Micheals I swear the mind wonders all over the place. LIKE LITERALLY!!! I have to say the best thing they do is say Welcome to Micheals and as you are on the floor looking around you tend to find people who work there who stop and ask often, Hello are you finding everything okay?I continue to nod yes and went on to find some amazing deals!!!! overall it was a very nice place i would suggest. I however do know that most of the locations have different items you might not find at other locations.Welp that is about it !

Excellent selection of art essentials at decent prices. Dont forget to check their website and app for coupons. my wife loves the seasonal candle jars that sometimes can go on sale for 4 for $9.99.

I came here to look for a 13x19 photo frame, and found exactly what I needed at a discount. Stores like this always make me want to wear blinders because I can easily become distracted and make up reasons for needing a giant 10 foot canvas.With each visit, you get a bunch of coupons and notifications for sales happening in the next couple of days. If you are not in a rush for something, it is best to go in and scope things out, get a flyer and check out deals that can save you up to 70% off easily.Besides that, this Michaels makes a great place to stock up for seasonal decorations, DIY crafts, and art supplies.Ample parking out front.

Not too bad, tend to have items posted but theyre not on stock... and vice-versa claim they dont have items, but then I found them in a different area.

I went there for graduation stuff. They didnt have much but, that was expected. Last minute on my part. Otherwise, I rated them a four because it was still well organized and clean. Thats my thing. I do recommend. Oh and staff was very helpfull

Great deal on candles, Water Fountains, and Galvanized containers. Long lines but it moved at a good pace. Great customer service.

Great place. Only thing I would say is keep more stock on Chocolate Melts because they run out so fast. If you know thats a hot item, order more. Besides that good store ans employees!

Went there to get 6 hour burning tea lites candals 50 count for 4.99.. once I started using them some lasted 4 hours or the wick was set crooked and burned less than 2 hours...target has better tea lite burning candals

Above and beyond.I was looking for a product that I saw online to remove paint that my 2 year old daughter spilled on my parents brand new couch. The Inglewood Michaels is the closest to me. I called and asked about the product and was told that they had it but in a smaller size. At this point, I did not care about the size so I rushed over there. When I asked about the product, I was extremely surprised that the cashier had it ready for me for pick and in a bigger size. I am grateful to the manager and the cashier for going above and beyond. (This visit was on 5/28/21 @ around 7:39pm)

As shown in the picture that I attached to this comment, you will notice that the price for the white panels is 10.00 but when ready to pay they say that youre wrong and the price is 18.00. I requested to show the picture to the manager (she is not able to manage anything) and she simply said you are wrong and I wont honor the price that clearly shows at the bottom of the product. Luckily I tried at my local dollar store and found the same exact panels for 1.00 ! So, thank you manager for not stealing my money! I am very loyal to businesses but I also scratch from my shopping places those that are dishonest and not empathetic with us, valued customers.

Bought this as a gift. So beautiful. Glad I went here. Was actually going to JoAnns but wasnt going to make it before they closed. The only down side is yhst they no longer accept competitors coupons. If theyre going to do that, t heyvdhould at least have better coupons.

Needed yarn for a crochet project. I was surprised at the mass variety to choose from. My only negative experience is the carts are wobbly...start to lock up as youre inside shopping.

This was my first time at this location. I was on the hunt for an item i couldnt find anywhere because i wasnt faniliar with the items proper name. The stores associates, Michael & Bree are Absolutely UhMayZing! But back to the review...I found out what the name of the item was & had a veey pleasant time shopping here. I love that this store is local & carries the things that i want or need. Its very organized. The associates are extremely helpful & polite. I mean above & beyond the norm in any retail store Ive visited in a loooooooong time. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Its so funny because they didnt even have what i needed but i dont mind at all. I bought other things in lieu of lol.

Staff at this particular location (Store #6707) is extremely helpful! I was greeted as I walked in the door, I asked the young lady for a particular item and she left her register and walked me to the item, helped me and then went back to her register. She was also the one to check me out. I do wish I could remember her name because she was exceptional! Unfortunately, her name isnt on the receipt either.

I placed and online order duning the C19 pandemic on two different days. When I came the second time I have the day before confirmation number. They look for the correct confirmation number before I could give them the correct confirmation number. I had my order in a few minutes.

Was sent to this store, from another Michaels since they didnt have it on stock, Came to this one and ask an employee name Daniel, and ask for merchandise he went to check and mention they didnt have it on stock and mention the computer wasnt updated. Disappointed when back online and did a curb pick up and they had it surprisingly huh? He was too lazy to go and check and provide good customer service. when i walk back in to pick up the merchandise they DID had in stock back for the second time and he was pushing a cart with his celll phone in hand. Is all about customer service !!!

Very clean, easy to find products. It was well stock when I was there. This will be my go to store when my store does not have what I need. I order online and then pick up when ready. The best way to shop.
