LA Cyclesports performed a basic repair job on my Suzuki sport bike: replacing the gearshift and clutch lever.A few days later I was out for a spirited ride in the canyons, went to downshift before a corner and low and behold -- the shift lever had come off and was dangling from the linkage to the box. It had not been fitted correctly, torqued or finished with Loctite blue. Terrible, negligent workmanship, and a very obvious safety issue. When I phoned them to complain their response was appalling: Were human and we make mistakes. Yes. But processes can be put in place to prevent basic safety errors, from double checking work to using checklists.Ask yourself this -- would you seriously trust these guys to work on your bike knowing that they put their customers lives in mortal jeopardy and dont seem to care?I didnt think so. Avoid at all costs.
These guys were amazing! My tire went flat and they were able to replace the tire the same day. They even let me have some of the staff coffee and food while I waited! Super nice people. You might not be able to tell by calling but theyre great.
Purchased a $20,000 motorcycle from them and now having a warranty issue, they claim they don’t have the necessary cable to diagnose the error code and they will not get it until after my warranty expires… Excellent service…
2007, went here, (Then it was OTD cycle,) to get a busa. Was informed that upon arrival that the price had been DROPPED $300 from quote. NICE! (Bike went with GF, at the time, so no idea where it is now! :))Have called numerous times over the years to get quotes on bikes for me, or friends. Always gave good prices. Even bought a couple Triumphs and a Honda. Anyway, if Im in the market for a bike they sell, I always give them a call to find out whats what. Thanks again, LA Cycle!
Called the Polaris factory for a fuel pump for my 2005 Polaris 700XP Ranger. Was referred to LA Cyclesports to purchase the part. Raul took the number I was given by the factory, I paid for and ordered the part. I received the part 1 1/2 days later. Unfortunately the part was wrong, (no fault of Raul) the factory failed to get vin #s, come to find out after much research by Raul that the correct part is obsolete and no longer available! He even looked up the obsolete # and told me to research and locate on line. Even though he had nothing to gain he was helpful and pleasant!I will certainly purchase future parts through him and his company!Martin Resnik
These guys are great. Service, sales and management. Everybody is very chill and happy. Melanie was very nice and corporative. We made a deal over the phone and the guys at service department very courteous and helpful (sorry I was too excited about the bike and dont remember your names). Thank you very much for a smooth transaction.
I took my 2013 triumph street triple in after I lost my keys to get a new key and get it coded to the bike the techwas unable to program the key to my bike and I was told that my ignition switch was faulty yet still gave me a bill for the programming of the key TWICE and the key blank that did not work. I was forced to pay the 180 bill in order to pick up my bike that was unchanged from how it was when I dropped it off. Highly unsatisfied with the service and customer relations in the parts and service department
Poor customer service, the receptionist Alexis very rude and very low class, hung up the phone on me.I called back, and talked to Roger the manager, explained what happened, he never apologized....If you are looking for a terrible management and complete lack of customer service, LA Cyclesport is the place to go.
Got my bike here. A rebuilt engine on a suzuki750. They work with you on prices and their service is pretty good. The staff installed my Bluetooth device on my helmet for me for free while a waited for my bike to get serviced. They have a good selection of new or used bikes. Definitely visit this place if you are shopping for a bike.
I thought at first motorcycle dealerships were going to be wrong since Ive been to several dealerships in the past and the sales were really pushy, however, this place proved me wrong. They have amazing customer service and one of the sales representatives made an honest mistake and the owner solved the problem in a second. I will come back here for any of my bike needs. Thanks for being so great!
Pretty disappointed with the quality of work here. My gsxr had a stator replaced here and after a little less than 1k miles the stator bolts started to back out and as you can see the heads started to grind off. A leak in my cover caused me to pull the cover off where I noticed the condition of the bolts. No thread-lock was used and barely any rvt was used to seal the stator cover by wires (hence the leak). Sadly the bike sat for a while so it was out of their warranty window. Still doesn’t excuse this obvious rush job that left me with some ground up stator bolts. Sucks because I liked the shop and the staff are nice, but probably wont be coming back here anymore.
I bought my Ducati Multistrada there a couple months ago. It was a trade-in they had that was too good of a deal to pass up. Didnt try to haggle at all because it was priced fairly already, and included upgraded parts from the previous owner. The paperwork was quick and I didnt feel like I was pressured into buying any extra stuff. They got me approved for financing even though Im pretty young. Their insurance broker they referred me to gave me a great price on coverage. I couldnt be happier with the experience. The bike is amazing and the service was great.
Thanks to the Service Department!Especially Joey in Service that took care of my bike, was attentive and welcoming!I will be back for my Triumph service needs.Thank you!
Purchased a bike from them today. Fantastic deal! Amazing staff. Gary was a new level of helpful! I have already started telling people looking for a bike to check them out.
I just bought a new bike from LA Cyclesports. With over a decade of experience as a Ferrari/Porsche purchase consultant, I have little patience for dealership BS. These folks treated me really well from the first contact, know their products and how to help a customer have a great experience like few retail operations of any kind.Kim, my consultant, was AWESOME, as was everyone from reception, parts, business office, and the service department who did my final delivery. Outstanding experience in every way. Kudos LA Cyclesports!
Buying a bike or gear is great here. Especially if you visit with Roger, Kim, Raul and Imara. Service department Joey and Doug always have their hands full but never fail to succeed. Plus if you go in at the right time you may even get a celebrity sighting. Enjoy shopping here dont be scared to go crazy.
Sales manager very unprofessional, rude, and entitled white old man
Went in today after quite on phone from their service shop for around $700 new clutch... When I took in to drop off the Hood looking service desk clerk Leo starting running up the bill, saying they would not even do a $130 estimate until, they install new brake pads front and back and new rear tire and still charge $130 on top of that. New clutch and tire is what I went in for but DAM if he ran up the bill well over a 1000 and an $130 simply for telling me what I was already asking for service... Then he started arguing with me that the way all shops do it, and if I did not like it LEAVE! I thank him and could not leave fast enough. I hate shops that rack up service after unnecessary services with no respect for working class riders and ripping of rich and poor riders!
Great staff, Great Merchandise, Great Slingshots!!! And they RENT Slingshots too!! Yesssssss!! Love them!
Terrible experience, purchased a helmet which took 3 weeks to deliver and was the wrong size. Shipped back for another 10 day wait and received only partial credit back due to the “condition” of the the helmet which was only tried on and never takin on a ride. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Had to bring bike in for factory recall of brake pads. Service department took my information, proceeded the recall and called me within a week for the replacement parts and had me in and out the door in under 30 mins! Thank you to Joey and service technicians for processing the bike in and out so quickly!
Recently purchased a 2015 triumph scrambler. Best price in LA by far. Chuck is fantastic and he had me out cruising in about 2 hrs. Everyone I talked to in the store and service department has a wealth of knowledge and passion for everything on two wheels. The showroom is spotless and the vibe is super mellow. Highly recommend this joint if youre interested in a triumph either to buy or chat about one this is the place.
I took my Triumph in for a recall service, and was on the road again in 30 minutes. Great service dept, that goes for parts and sales too! Friendly personnel, large selection, and the best out the door prices.
L.A. Cyclesports has always been great to me in regards to my two wheeled purchases. Yes, you heard right — purchases. If they are far from you, its worth giving them a call, but I say its always been worth the drive/ride out there whether Im in the market for a new or used ride or if I am in need of service and maintenance.Aside from always accommodating my wants and needs, Ive feel like Ive always received a fair deal. And lastly, they love their veterans.
This place did not have the advertised scooter that was listed on its website. It took me a hour to find the location only to find out that the business was questionable in its daily processes. Left disappointed!
I had a great experience there. Kim the sales representative was awesome. Actually everyone I interacted with was very helpful. The mechanics were awesome and the guys that detailed the bike did a great job. I would highly recommend you get your next bike there.
Needs more veriry of bikes but good
“Dell” and “randy” chill and helped me out with a damper rod bolt on my Honda shadow. Thanks guys!
Overall great experience. Kim took care of me & addressed all my needs. I highly recommend this dealership. Was able to get the bike I wanted and they took care of my trade in. Good service, helpful staff, & good pricing. Totally worth the 1-2 ride out of the way from my usual motorcycle shopping location.
Over the years I have purchased three motorcycles from this place. And every time its very painless, I just walk in no BS pricing. The showroom is not flashy like some locations but thats okay Im not paying for that, Im paying for a good motorcycle.
But my Goldwing 1800 motorcycle 11 years ago from them. Headed turn into a trike and I take it here for the service which is outstanding. Very fair rates on the repair. Had electrical problem and they explain everything in great detail to me.
Jerry is great. Looking to purchase a motorcycle from there. Easy going no hard sale tactics.
Bought my Triumph Daytona from them and revisited a couple times now. Theyre great, fast, informative, and professional. Great crew.
La Cycle Sports is, by far, the best dealer in and around the LA area with customer service and pricing that cannot be surpassed. I have purchased two motorcycles in two years time from this exceptional place of business. After doing what any experienced shopper would do - compare - I decided on the best and smartest option for both of my motorcycle purchases - La Cycle Sports! I recently had the pleasure of working with Imara who assisted me with any and all of my needs and did so with a smile. I highly and personally recommend La Cycle Sports and would have no hesitation in choosing them for any future purchases.
The best service department! Fast, fair and Friendly! Will definitely come back for future service needs!
The service department has Bad service and lack of Communication! My motorcycle needed light cosmetics and it’s been 3 months since it has been repaired. I recently arrived to the shop and saw my motorcycle pushed to the back of garage with no signs of being worked on. Definitely won’t recommend anyone having their motorcycle worked on here...
Simply outstanding..👍👍👍On my 2009 Honda GOLD WING 1800..
Spoke with 7 dealers as I was after 2018 Goldwing and the exact bike I wanted is in short supply. Closed the deal on the phone with them in less than 20 minutes and finalized it in person when I arrived (my trade in had to be checked out) Great staff everything delivered as promised even fed me lunch while waiting. Positive experience all way round. Highly recommend LA Cyclesports and would shop there again.
If you’re looking for a shady sales team, terrible management and a complete lack of customer service, LA Cyclesports is for you. Seriously, save your future self a lot of headaches...buy your bike or get it serviced elsewhere.
A special Thank You to Chuck, Jerry, and Roger for making my new Triumph purchase a very positive experience! The team at LA Cycle Sports makes you feel welcome, no pressure, and provides great information regarding your purchase. I spoke to other dealerships who didnt seem to care about doing business. The Gents at LA Cycle Sports are fair, knowledgeable, and really care about the experience of purchasing a new motorcycle. If you are in the market for a new bike, do yourself a favor and visit LA Cycle Sports!
The MAIN REASON i am giving a 5 star is because of LEO. he was such a big help to my husband I strongly would recommend him in a second to anyone looking to purchase a bike.He Gave good advice and very nice, honest, genuine person. He even called with updates and answers that my husband had. We thank him so much. -eddy
Awesome cycle centet. Took care of my every need. Very friendly staff. I had an emergency and they helped me get back on the road and treated me more than fair! GREAT spot!
My experience here is with the sales department. Just got a great deal on a Honda here out the door thanks to Navs! Probably one of the better dealerships out here- not much hassle and some room for negotiation. You wont really find any better prices around.
Saturday I took my 2016 Polaris Slingshot in for service at La Cycle sports as my dealer in Santa Clarita went out of business. I had dealt with this company many years ago and was well satisfied then. I was not disappointed on Saturday as the service was excellent and friendly. While I was told it would take about four hours to do the work, the machine was ready in two and one half hours. Joseph and Hugo were extremely helpful.Stephen M. Losh
Great place to buy a motorcycle. Kim O’Reilly in Sales Department and Joey Morales in the Service Department really focus on customer satisfaction. Also, staff and mechanics are personable and very helpful.
Great service, I have also purchased my scooter from them. They are always helpful and answer all your questions. I will always bring my scooter here for service.
This place is awful, communication from the service managers is poor. They have zero sense of timeliness and since bringing my bike its been over a week and they still havent ordered parts though they told me multiple times that they would get this done for me as I told them the bike is my daily commute. I cant wait to go back to their competitor, wrench motorcycle service.Edit: the general manager, Roger, reached out to me and sped up the work. Though I am thankful, I dont think it should have to come to that in order to get serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Please, please, please work on your call backs and communication with customers, I had to have 12 phone calls with you guys to get this job done. And i still didnt get a call when it was finished. All I needed to do was replace the clutch cable...
I wont get into the whole labor rate thing, as its been mentioned in other reviews. However, I can speak to a very fair service department. They did the typical upsell on maintenance along with a repair for a leaking gasket. While I bit on some, I avoided large ticket items and they were not pushy in the slightest. It took a little bit longer than expected, but it was not a problem for me. And lastly, when I did pick up my bike, the mechanic that did the repair was kind enough to talk to me about everything he did. This was the 3rd gasket on the bike in 3 years with only 10k miles. He explained thoroughly what caused the failure, and I left very comfortable with the service and the price I paid.
I will not be back. I dont understand how any respectable service center returns a bike to a customer after an inspection without checking any fluids or noticing the the rear blinker is out after several test drives. It calls all the work they did into question by not paying attention to obvious faults that a customer can find. They warranty replaced the battery and I had to ask multiple times for proper paperwork and documentation and now I still need to find a proper mechanic to inspect the bike.
Dealt with Lucas. Best prices and service no doubt. You wont have to haggle with these guys. Great environment and staff.
My daughter called looking for a closeout model they had listed on their website. Stan couldnt say if they had it or not, would not provide any info over the phone about anything, just said come on down and well work something out. I called back. Stan clearly guessed I was calling on her behalf and said the bike was sold, but how about a current year model for almost twice the price. Called back AGAIN and talked to Leo. Found out they had another closeout and made the deal. It was more hassle than it should have been, but it all worked out in the end.
Best prices and customer service in Los Angeles. I recommend this shop to everyone
Amazing!!!If your looking for the number #1 place in So Cal to buy a Motorcycle, or service the one you own, maybe just hang out and look at the best deals in LA, definitely come see these guys first.Roger the Manager will definitely get you the best deal on a new or used bike, Raul in parts for all your Mods, and ask for AB for the best personal service and repair around. The whole place Is so friendly and knowledgeable they really make you feel at home. I’ve been riding for over 40 years and 15 bikes later....LA Cylesports is the only place I go. Thanks again for my new Killer Triumph Thruxton R couldn’t be any happier, you guys Rock. See you soon keep up the the amazing Service and amazing deals.RB
Got my 2019 honda monkey from this place. Easy work, great price, great service!!!
Besides that they are located very close to Randys donuts, they have excellent selection of motorcycles and related gear. If you need a part that they dont have - they will order it for in-store pickup (happened to us with 2010 Triumph).
Fast easy service. I didnt have to haggle or stress; they gave me a great deal on the spot.I went in, wanted the 2015 GSXR1000, and was done in about 2 hours or less with the bike out the door.If you are a first time buyer; the bike is not lubed on the showroom floor; this part takes most of the time.No set up fee or freight fee. that in itself is a deal. some places charge 400-1200/fee type. Thanks guys for your customer service
Service department is clueless. $688 for a scheduled service? NO.Dropped my bike off for a 12,000 mile service. 3 days later after multiple phone calls with no response, I finally got an estimate of over $1,500 for a bunch of stuff that I KNOW isnt necessary.I said no to all of it except the standard 12k service at which time I was informed it would be $688. I picked my bike up. BYE.
I purchased a new Honda scooter here and had a pleasant experience from my initial call all through the tech helping me riding it out. Price was fair and the freight and prep fee seemed standard and not out of the norm.
This review is about the mechanic shop, not the retail store, though they are owned by the same people. This shop incorrectly installed the master clip on my motorcycle, resulting in chain failure and falling off
They had my bike for 7 days, they could not fix the problem and they charged me 750$, what else should I say. Now a couple of months later I went to my local Honda Dealer in Quebec city, and they found that the vacuum line were inverted, all strapping of air intake were loose, and finaly 1 injector was bad. 0 stars would be more like it.
I called three times within a two hour span.was placed on hold to a differentDepartment. No one picked up each time.finally I decided to call another shop, even though this is closer.
Found battery for my quad here...very happy
They are ok they have a good selection of bikes and work hard to give you a good deal, they also have a good selection of riding gear. The repair facility is good but inspect your bike closely when they give it back to you they tend to miss small details like washers.
Horrible service!Came here to LA Cyclesports since my regular shop was closed. Needed to have my rear tire replaced.Once I got there I was quoted a price for the installation and mounting, also added a oil change. Prices were a little high but nothing to fuss about. Here came the problem, I was told it would be between 1:00-1:30. Usual time, and if they were busy and said end of day I wouldve been ok with that as well, shops can be busy.I handed the bike at 12:50pm did not get it back until 4:00pm. Every time I returned to ask after the time specified I was told it would be ready soon, and afterwards that the mechanic had been called in by the bossNot once was I told it would take longer so I could make arrangements to come back later, and at the end they just ushered me away and did not even receive a copy of the invoice for services rendered.I would never recommend this place, for the time and price, there are better shops that can stick to a schedule.
Got my 2019 honda monkey from this place. Easy work, great price, great service!
Their service department does a thorough check up on your bike when it comes in.
Good selection on bikes and they were very helpful. They dont try to take advantage of you like other dealers which is amazing.
Easy and efficient, I was in need of new tires for my Suzuki burgman 650, I called, they had it in stock, I dropped off the bike and picked it up later with 2 new tires on it and $400 less in my pockets but hey this is still a better price than Del Amo and icing on the cake they cleaned the bike very well which I didnt expected since it never happened anywhere else! I spoke to Hugo who was really cool and another younger man but I couldnt get his name who told me that yeah they usually clean your bike when they take care of it. Overall they sound like they know what they are talking about.
Nice selection of Bikes & UTVs, Good prices, & great staff! Very cool Finance manager! Will definitely be purchasing my next RZR XP4 1000 Turbo!
Third times a charm! I tried to buy bikes here over the years with no success, until this weekend! Hats off to my Salesman LEO for the great work. I was a super easy customer (I think), meaning I knew what I wanted and just called and was put in touch with Leo. I asked if they had the bike I wanted in stock, he said yes .. I made an offer, and he called me right back with a great price and promised me he was a man of his word. And, happy to say, he was! I got there the next day, he showed me the bike, all was good ... put me with a nice lady name Imari (I hope I got that right), she was so nice and I think we did paperwork faster than any bike purchase in history! She was great, I signed the paperwork for exactly the price I was quoted, no funny stuff at all .... then, the nice service manager went over the bike with me and I took her home and love her (the bike that is)! So ... I knew what I wanted, got the best price by far in town by a long shot), the delivery was super easy and fast ... If you go there, I might suggest you talk to Leo for a clean no-nonsense deal and good experience ... THANKS!OK, that was the review I wrote a few months ago and gave 5 stars ... heres my update:It pains me not to give a Motorcycle Shop an A+ review, but I would love to hear from these folks to give them some personal feedback. I would say Ive have something like 9 really bad experiences with them, and one good. Ive done everything possible to literally give them money and buy stuff from them ... but its close to impossible, which I scratch my head on every day. First the good! I bought a motorcycle from them less than a year ago, I did my shopping online, knew exactly what I wanted, made a few phone calls and their representative gave me a great deal, was nice and the whole buying process was awesome ... so for that, Im very thankful ... the gentleman who was may salesman, and the nice lady who was in finance, and the service team were all A+ perfect .... and I did review them with 5 stars back them, I am thrilled with that experience. I also took that bike in for a little service, everything was perfect, loved my service advisor and the experience was perfect. Now ... this is where it gets ugly! I also went in a while ago to buy a Triumph Speedmaster, they had the exact bike on the floor, I basically said I want to buy this, can I give it a quick ride and they said no! Im asked a few times, and they really didnt seem to want to sell me a bike? So, I went in the parking lot, called another dealer .... asked if they had one, they did, I went over to their shop, test rode the bike and bought it that day. I just thought dealerships were in business to sell bikes!? Sadly, Ive tried to buy several bikes there, and same story (except for that one perfect time). I only care because they are the closest dealer and do sell good brands. Recently, I called parts to try to find a special part ... Ive probably called a dozen times, usually Im put on hold forever and have to call back Ive emailed and texted, mostly ... all my inquiries go into the twilight zone ... again, Im trying to buy things from them, and they just wont sell them to me. Finally ... I called a few times the other day to have my bike brought in for service .... a nice fellow I talked to a few times promised hed call back to set up a time, and he never did? Again, I want to spend money with them to service my bike .... no call backs. Then ... I emailed the dealership trying to set up a service call, and no call back. I then emailed and asked to talk to the owner or GM, and again ... no email back. Finally, I tried to look around their website, and mostly the website was not efficient or went to unknown zones .... just not user friendly at all compared to competitive dealerships. So .... folks, Id love to be a good profitable customer, I buy and service a lot of bikes every year, get service, buy parts ... Ive asked to talk to the GM or owner ... would still love too.
The best experience buying a bike from cycle sports in and out within an hour and a half with the bike that Ive been looking for thank you Jerry
Roger the owner is a really good guy they have worked with me a lot, Have a few incidents with one Of their ex employee .Over all them guys take really good care of their customers
This place is absolutely trash. Please to anyone domt ever finance anything here. I got a 2018 from with good credit for 5100 out the door. I didnt even give consent to apply for that amount of loan. Please people you will get ripped off. The service department does not even go through your whole bike. 2 hours for $268 of service. Please visit del amo
Contacted them on website for indian motorcycles services. They said yes, come. Came, they said no we dont do Indian.
Doug was both helpful and friendly. Ill be a returning customer for the same reasons Ive been coming here for the past 3 years!
Good price on bike purchased.....thats about it. Horrible customer service! Will not return here for ANYTHING else. Will go to authorized Triumph dealer for all servicing needs. Loooong hold times when u call, staff not helpful at all. Takes 3 or 4 calls and alot of patience to get through.
They dont like it when you work on bikes yourself and ask for a little advice. Theyll beat around the bush. Other than that pritty good
Dont expect genuine concern for you as a rider, just know what you want before you go in there and grind them down to a ridiculous price, youll get it, and there will be probably more they could have given. As for service, beware the service managers upselling skills and keep your hand on your wallet.
Excellent check up on the bike, didnt try to oversell and were very helpful with questions.
Came here to buy a Pirelli tire for my motorcycle and they didn’t have it and after work things up, they made things right and they delivered.I’m a happy costumer.
Great inventory great service and great prices.
I wont take my Slingshot anywhere else. The service staff here go above and beyond to be helpful and informative.
They have the slingshot, Triamp, Honda, Yamaha as well as many other motor vehicles such as Atvs. Its fairly organised and decent customer service!!
Great shop, staff is always helpful and friendly. Theve serviced my Triumph for the past year and always do stellar work!
Worst place to take your bike. Head my bike for three weeks and a guy named Hugo kept making excuses until I showed up unexpectedly. Miraculously less than an hour later my bike is done. I picked up my bike and not even 30 minutes later my bike stops running. Charged me 169 dollars and I wondered why it was cheap because they didnt fix it. Crooks. Dont trust them.
Simply put this is an awesome and easy place to do business.
As tourists on a tight budget the guys there went out of their way to dig out some jackets on special. 5000miles later with a bit of sun burn and those jackets ended up coming home with us
I tried la cyclesports because Roger, the owner, said he would give me the deal of a lifetime and i wouldnt have any buyers remorse. He promised me a lot of extra insentives just to sell me a gsxr 750 and didnt keep his word at the end. I should have gone to Southern California Triumph-Ducati-Suzuki-Victory in brea where i would have got the bike for $1000.00 less out the door. Roger is a lier and bad business man, he will swindel you if he can. They will see you just as another number. Dont sign anything until everything promised is in writting. One of the things i was promised was half off on a medium size helmet of my choice. ROGER waited until the contract was signed then he RESTRICTED my helmet selection only to arai helmets that were already on discount so as to not give me half off. They only had large helmet sizes and when i asked if i could order one in my size, he said no so they changed the cheek pads on the inside, which i paid extra $60.00.He promised me full coverage maintenance service contracts, that ended up not cover anything.I am never going back n do not recommend this place to any friends.BEWARE
Based on purchasing a brand new Daytona 675 here they were awesome. Only straight forward auto purchase I have ever had.Out the door pricing with plates, registration, taxes, bike setup etc was just under MSRP.Well see how my first service appointment goes (check engine light for exup valve). Will update here and yelp after that.Highly highly recommend.Almost forgot, they replaced a frame bolt after purchase no hassles. +1 for that.
I took in my bike to get the rear tire replaced . Had to return because one of the adjusters was loose. The advisor said that they didnt even touch the adjusters . So how would you re-adjust a tire that came off???? And to make things worst I checked my front tire it had 16psi . They didnt even bother to check the pressure. Good price bad customer service . You get what you pay for . Next time ill just go back to Berts .Will never return for service and I only work 1.5 miles away .
Went in for parts, waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me. The parts were not in stock even though they are a Honda dealer. I ordered them anyway and it took almost 4 weeks to get them. I never got a call back. I had to keep calling until one day they said, oh yeah, theyre hereTotally unacceptable.
Their added fees are outrageous. I did not buy from them.
Worse service Ive ever had experienced in a professional location. la cycle employees is ridiculous. when the policy says 5mins before class start then they give your bike away, but yet I get there 10mins before class starts and wait in line to get checked in just to find out she gave my bike away to someone else cause of the 5 minute rule. well I didnt know that rule also includes a customer waiting in line and the worker failing to look at the line before they give a bike away. then to tell me I dont get a refund? when it was the employee who failed to look at the line and gave my slot away before the 5 minute rule. this is extremely unprofessional. what is the point of a registration, when they will just give ur bike away 10minutes before the class. all to make a extra buck, when people like me live pay check to pay check and have kids which makes it hard to find the time to do something for myself.
800 dollars and 4 weeks later my bike is at a another shop because this place is useless. Hugo promised so much and did not deliver. I would not go back and not recommend this place to any fellow biker. Misdiagnosed and never offered to improve my bikes performance; just made it worse, since bike now drains my battery and my bike still blogs down as when I took it in. stay away from this stealer, I mean dealer.
Every time i be there allways they help me with the parts whar i need and they are so helpfull
Was told the wait for service was two weeks. No we do not take appointments. Yes that means your bike will be here for at least two weeks before we even look at it. No the storage lot is not covered.
Bought my GSXR1000 and have found they have been the best spot in LA for parts, service and customer service
