Regency Motors is one of the most unreliable, and unprofessional people i have ever dealt with in my life. The way they tread their customers i have no idea how they are still in buisness. They never do what they promis. There are alot of other people who do what they do BUT BETTER. If you see other good reviews from them, chances are its them.
