Its that time of year again and I will be visiting next week for my smog test. I have been coming here for 10 years to smog my 1994 Ford Box Truck. Other garages told me they could not smog my truck but JJ pulled through!! I am a loyal customer and would refer JJ to anyone the prices are good to.

Worst shop ever! You would be better off dropping your car off at a Jr. High shop class than going to this place. I dont think they even understand how exhaust works or they wouldnt do such a terrible job at installing exhaust systems. $650 for a simple exhaust system which I only agreed to when they showed me another customer car that had a beautiful mandrel bent exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers and they told me it would look like this which now Im sure they didnt do . First time I tried to pick it up, it blocked the front drive shaft in my truck, second time I was called to pick it up it was 3 inches off the ground in my lifted offroad 4x4 making it unusable, third time it tried to pick it up it was still blocking my front drive shaft again that was removed from the truck and they had lost the caps from my u-joints so I had to have them replaced. When I asked them to allow clearance for the front drive shaft, they heated it with a torch and hit it with a hammer until the tube was half restricted and told me crushing tube doesnt restrict flow. As a mechanical engineer working in the automotive industry I would disagree. I gave up and took it home. They put on one $20 cheap muffler and some cut and welded tube and charged me $650. This is the worst muffler shop I have ever seen! STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! 6 months later when rebuilding my transmission I found that the exhaust was wrapped around the transmission and transfer case requiring it to be cut apart for the transmission removal making that job much more expensive. I want my money back!

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF A catalytic converter and sesor with install there charging $450 plus a $60 Diagnostic to find out what was wrong with it. I goggled the Catalytic converter and it was under $100 dollars so I looked for the sensor as well and it was only $20 Dollars. My dad got Taken for $380.00 labor !!?!?!?!? Thats way too much !!!
