Awesome, had an appointment for an eye exam. Got there 6 minutes late. After waiting in line for another 5 minutes, The young lady with glasses tells me to reschedule. She sees me waiting, could at least be proactive and learn how to multitask. A little “what brings you in today?” W/ customer acknowledgement can go along way.
