The customer service here is appalling. I’ve filed two complaints via the company website to no avail. This is my third and final attempt at patronizing this establishment. I have never experienced such poor level of customer service at any other GNC. I will be buying my supplements elsewhere.

This location is nice and not overly helpful. They assist you just enough.

Dropped by here when I was in the area. Great customer service, staff was very friendly and didnt push any products, like some of the other stores I have been to. Store was stocked, had the products I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here, when Im in the area.

Went in a little while ago. Alondra (I think that was her name) helped me and did a great job! She was very knowledgeable and set me up with the rewards program. Got loaded up with points from all my purchases! Will be coming here for all my gnc needs as long as you have what I need in stock.

The cashier was kinda weird! 2 other people came in after me and the cashier asking me if i need help while watching me like a hawk! He never asked the other people if they needed any help! That situation felt weird!

I got to a lot of gnc while Im traveling and this is the worst gnc I have ever been to. Lady in white long sleeve t shirt was very rude. Ive been a member for years now and my.membership expired instead of asking if I wanted to renew she tryed charging me full price. Lol I walked out

Service bad, bought a lot of the goods checked on a check, the seller has struck twice as the same goods, returned the money. check and check again missing one item, they reported. come home again, check the product and check, a check item in the package is, and it is not. eventually cheated on $ 27

Horrible ..little Hispanic female closed the store at 7:57 not at 8 like it suppose too...I pulled up knocked on the door and she ignored me till I banged on the door and she looked at me at 8pm and said were closed..... I just needed 1 thing this this female ruined my whole work out sesh because there is a LA fitness next door...never come to this store
