Good place but has no seating inside. Big and has lots of flavors and the ice cream is really good and creamy!

From all the times I have gone these couple of months I have nothing to complain about! Customer service it great, employees are a vibe! Francis thank you for always greeting me with a smile and for you incredible way of dealing with customers!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I NEVER tasted such ice cream in my life & lived on 3 continents. Its freshly made with real fruit. You can taste pieces of the tropical fruit. So, you treat yourself & feal good about it & your body will thank you.Amazing. You just have to try it.A little hack, since the lines are neverending in the evenings and on the weekends come on a weekday during the day.

After a situation from a displeased order…I’m rating their customer service a grade B It has never happened to me until now I hate it when I’m appointed as if I don’t have logic sense and im the” “ deranged one “ “ just be more clear in the policies of what the owner wants to implement in their business other than that this rating will change…..

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people don’t wear gloves to handle food. The cashier handles money and delivers food without washing hands. I will call the city to report this issue.

They need to get a class on how to treat and attend there customers before getting hired. The older lady is RUDE. The chips on the nachos were stale. My corn in a cup was half way full of corn water. Ice cream was good, but that’s not enough to bring us back considering how we were treated.

I see many people mention that the service is slow, but it’s simply because some customers see so many options that at the time of placing their orders they tend to take forever!! The ladies taking the orders are so polite and now have name tags THANK YOU YARELY great service and delicious tostilocos and refreshments!

I know this is quite a popular spot in Lennox and all but in my opinion the flavors made in house are not the best. We ordered different flavors/items (it was four of us) and every one of them left us disappointed. Absolute lack in flavor. The walnut raspado I got tasted of walnuts ONLY because of the crushed ones they add the syrup had no flavor I literally was eating crushed up ice (and the ice is not like the authentic raspado) with chucks of walnut. I will most likely not return.

I went this evening with my mother and we both had different servers and two different orders . and the lady whom took my order at the end told the cashier (Norma) that we are paying together and my mother and I both said no .. and she said that we are paying together bc we came together and I said no again .. we had to orders separately and she my server ROLLED HER EYES AT US & turned around as soon as we made eye contact bc she realized Id seen. Later on I realize my order wasnt complete and my I asked why and they said I didnt pay for the full thing... furthermore there was a lot of lack of customer service but as soon as I got into my car the cashier Norma told my mother and I that she can fix it and that we really made my day bc at least someone there new how to do their job . I would of rated a 1 star due to the lack or respect, communication and professionalism but Norma made it better . She needs as raise asap!

***READ** Very rude employees. I told Leydi very respectfully that I needed a cup since we where sharing with five people. She said sure. Almost payment she changed her mind and is charging me per cup now. This is NOT how you run your business. You will continue to loose customers if you keep up that attitude. I went to the Michoacana and I ordered an Esquimal and she gave me a popsicle covered in chocolate. I go back and I tell her and she gets rude and says that its my fault that I didnt tell her before. Also, since the beginning I had told her that I wanted an Esquimal and she didnt listen to me.

I didnt know about La Michuacana Nieveria, a friend of mine told me about it. They have some good icecream, and it taste like the real stuff, (fruit) now go there every Saturday. Good custumer service, prices are not too high, keep up the good work.

While I do think the ice cream is good, they are not caring enough about covid regulations. If you dont care about covid then 4 stars

The manager is very rude . Her name is Angelica. This has been twice we have ab issue with her we stoped going to that michoacana on Lennox because of the incident with her . We so happend to go there today after a year and again . She gets upset when you ask her for more stuff .I.

Never get tired of michoacana and their awesome frozen treats and that corn. Sweetness and flavor abound. Have a sweet tooth of just want to indulge gotta try michoacana and it is definitely soft serve ice cream. Starts melting right away and so creamy good. Must try. Wont even break the bank.

This place is great. Authentic Mexican ice cream, aguas fresca, paletas, and more. Limited seating but very cute. Prices are decent for the quality you are getting. I recommend!

Ive been to a couple of Michoacanas before and they serve giant portions of ice cream scoops when you order the waffle cone. The one I went to in Inglewood gave really small scoops. Ice cream is the same as any other Michoacana I just cant help but feel a little cheated on when I got served the small amount.

This place is super OVERPRICED! I went to go try it out since it was new and nearby. Everything costs too much! Id rather keep driving to the one on Manchester Blvd in Inglewood because their prices are fair. Compare the prices for the two locations and youll see how overpriced this location is!

The place and the food are excellent, but the service is very bad, 2 employees even look badly at the clients, one of them had a black mask. Only the girl who charged us was very kind.

The service time is terrible !!! Come we are in full pandemic and serve like turtles. They seem disorganized and it is not worth the wait so you said that barbaros what paddles and what waters. I mean that Ive seen better places that serve fast to get people out quickly and in an orderly way and not that they were taking orders from uber eats instead of people who had more than 20 people out and literally snail service. And a worker who seems to be in charge has nothing to do with her employees. My advice is that if you want to maintain a clientele, have the workers at 100 and that they dispatch quickly. I am very unsatisfied and how frowned upon by the owners.
