Bought a wolf winder as a gift and accidentally tore the box trying to have a peek inside. Messaged Wolf to ask if they could replace. There customer service was fantastic and they went to the effort of sourcing a box at local distributor sending out a replacement. Thank you so much!

Tried to email several times. First msg received response asking for additional information. Sent several follow up emails with additional information provided--no responses. Its a shame to think a $500.00 hundred dollar watch winder is simply trash, but that is the situation I am in with no customer service support! Avoid and look for other brands--many choices out there.....

They SAY you can call and get a return authorization from their 800#... but nobody ever answers the phone, and all mailboxes (if you can find one) are full. I assume someone works there... but I have no proof of that yet.... even after trying for 2 business days to get through...I would not buy from these guys again. The item is good quality.. but the return hassle makes it all not worth it, imo.

I have emailed you guys many times. I bought a watch box in your website and its buckle has crease and very loose. I want to exchange it to another. Let me know how can I send it back. I provided a short video, be your customers don’t even have basic consumer rights, I don’t expect you to do anything for me. It’s a mistake to choose your box. Its really bad.

I think the UK Branch has shut down. Tried calling for 4 days and only get an answer machine. Emails go unanswered. Have had problems getting items for months now as nothing is ever in stock. I will not be purchasing from Wolf anymore :( Shame as loved the products!

Please dont buy this brand the price is too high, customer service is terrible and the warranty is a lie.

The product is overvalued after a year it started to sound harsh and damaged, they did not want to give me a guarantee and nobody answers the phones. Please refrain from buying this brand, dont throw your money away!

I have received wonderful customer service . It was a little tricky to get hold of a representative but once I have the service was above and beyond what I could have expected.

They are straight up thieves. I made an order. They shipped it with no insurance and no signature then put it on me. I have been trying to get a hold of this idiot salesman, Doug, and hes not responding. straight up took my money and ran with it.
