This business was highly recommended. Poor customer service. No attention to detail. They have a decent selection but overpriced for quality fixtures and others are Chinese junk. Apparently the establishment doesn’t want to believe that I had a bad experience and tried to deflect my review. If that doesn’t reflect poorly on a businesses ethics practices. I am not sure what would. I would avoid at all costs!

This is a business to beware of if you are unable to be vaccinated. Louis is proud of his private business power to offer no choice to his employees who could just “work somewhere else” if they don’t comply. He’s a smug and inflexible man who says “We believe in science and medicine here.” without even considering exemptions. Go inside his store and you’ll be likely to prove you’ve been vaccinated. If you argue with him he will say, QUOTE “When your kids went to school, did they have to get vaccinated? Absolutely. No Choice.”This is the prime example of a business that has no issues with alienating their customers because of hysteria.
