At this time I do not even want to rate this company with one star!! Our Company purchased the Vacuum Sealer DZ500-SB Dual in September of this year. This piece of equipment has never worked. Correspondence with the company has got us NO WHERE!! We have sent emails, and videos showing the problem. In return we have PAID more money to receive the parts they send us (freight only) and have also paid an electrician $85.00 per hour with no success numerous times!! This kind of service is un acceptable. Over $4000.00 dollars has now been spent on a vacuum sealer that does not work. Also we just got off the phone AGAIN with a technician, that seems to not give a #@*!, and that is why we are posting this. I soon hope that I can change this review to a positive one, for now however we will continue to post daily if necessary!! Companies have got to stand behind their products and service!!
