Local Party store, Horrible Experience! The Lady was not friendly at All ! 1st time coming not even a Hi or Welcome and it was my Birthdayyyy!!!! I just wanted 2 Balloons and then even proceeded to ask her if she could leave the tax off for my Birthday and she ignored me..Hopefully this Treatment wasnt because my skin was a little different from hers.I rather go Spend my money elsewhere Over all Never Again!
