My daughter bought a car here. Worst decision EVER! The car never ran right. She had to replace the motor after only a couple of months. And It STILL doesnt run right. They offered nothing in way of Compensation or even sympathy for selling her a lemon.

Let me tell you about these guys. They take care of you. I’ve bought many cars in my day but these guys are pros. Fast efficient professional. I’ll tell you this, I’m coming back anytime I buy another car. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Gave me a car broke down in 9 days after telling me nothin was wrong with the car then I called on day 9 said hed call back in a hour didnt then when I came up there he acted like he couldnt do nothin if you need a car longer than two weeks dont come here

So I bought a car for them six days ago that supposedly pass an inspection for them to sell the car and today the car stopped on me in the middle of the freeway with my two children under the age of five and when I called them they told me that they do not document anything when the car gets inspected and that there was nothing that they could do in the car needs a brand new engine oil gasket amount so much things and these people now will be seeing me in court... They might be getting overrun other people but I was the wrong one to get over on because that is foul

Bad Business They lie in till you anything To get your money They though they was dealing with a Person with no education They keep playing. Me and my Attorney will eat this case up

Bought a 2007 Ford Taurus. So far so good.

The cars seem to all have something wrong with them. One I test drove had a bad power steering pump, and they told me nothing was wrong with it, another one had the engine light on but I was told whatever it was wouldn’t affect the performance. Buyer beware.

I was going to give 5 stars. Unfortunately less then a month after i buy a car from them...ive got more lights lit up on the dash then a xmas tree....im aware there is always a risk with buying a used car...i just think you should at least make sure its safe for a family..at least right out of the gate....i really want to give them a better review. They are very nice. But they should of put some time/money into a tune up.

I bought a used car and was told there weren’t any problems on it. I couldn’t even drive it after the first day of having it because there were so many problems. I’ve already had to put $700 into it and still have more work needing to be done.

When I told them about a few minor issues with the vehicle that I was interested, they allowed a reduce in price so I could repair it. Don’t buy a vehicle from these guys rip-off artist only had my 2008 town and country less than a month 💥 radiator leak I had to repair myself only refunded me $100 I spent over $400 on parts and labor. Fast forward a month later parts still falling off the van smh I just you sell all the junk cars to black people

One day we were given a price of $2000 for a car and were told we could pick it up the next morning, then all of a sudden the nextmorning, the car was put in the shop when we went to get it. And then we were told we could pick it up the day after. Now we went there to get it on the third day and they said well we put money in it so we cant sell it for that price anymore. Since the engine was leaking oil and the vehicle was leaking coolant, they most likely put the car in the shop to cover up those facts, there was black sludge on the exterior of the engine and all around looked pretty bad but i had the means to fix it myself this was the 2013 chevy sonic silver sedan I would highly recommend that you NEVER buy a vehicle from them, clearly they cover up and try to hide problems just long enough to sell there vehicles not to mention we were returning customers, so instead of recommending them for my go to place it will be the opposite from now on!

This place is amazing Ive traveled up and down Mich ave looking for cars at a decent price. They are reliable they have plenty to chose from its hard to look at all the cars in one day I went back the following day and there where 8 new cars on the lot and ended up taking one of those home. Metro Mike was fantastic to work with; 100% satisfaction! I live in Reno, Nevada but found my dream car in the Detroit area. I contacted Mike and he was able to broker the deal on my behalf. Mike assisted every step of the way and provided constant updates on the progress. Once the car was purchased, Mike treated it like it was his own and stored the car inside at the shop garage for about a weeke. Mike even arranged the shipping of the car and was able to get me an even better deal than what I could find online. The whole process took about 2 weeks, but Mike made the process smooth and easy. So i got approved for a car put the money down waited for quite some time to do the paperwork and the ower fred decided he wasnt making enough on the deal after i was being charged 2k more for the car due to it was a finance deal not to mention i brought a buddy and bought him lunch to help drive my other car home and i washed the car and already got insurance on the car needles to say ill never do business with this guy!!! The sales guy was nice and wasnt his fault he works for greedy people!!!

Tested a few vehicles, had one set to get before I saw the car I bought from Mike. I know the risk in buying a used vehicle, however I wont buy one that shows immediately it has issues. Chose this one because the mileage was 15,000 less than the other, and had more bells and whistles. Thinking about getting the warranty, but because I have many friends and dealerships, I can get my vehicles together better than most! Mike even excepted that $5 I offered for the vehicle.

As with any dealership, Metro Auto Broker is just looking to make money. If you plan I buying a car from them I would take it to a local shop first for an inspection. They are well worth the $50, because they give you a leg up on the bargaining table. Additionally they also give you a better idea of the problems with the car. The inspection is a great idea, because the shop can run an engine diagnostic which will cause any recently cleared, but not fixed DTC to resurface. Over all Metro Auto Broker wasnt horrible, they were fairly negotiable. Additionally after the inspection they were more easily influenced to drop the price. They did seem a little shady, and they sold us the car with almost no gas in the tank and a filthy interior but the price was right.

Terrible business man he sold me a bad car that start messing up within the first two months of me having it and had no remorse for it. He will get over on you, so be very careful with who you buy cars from!

It took some time because of the printer not having enough ink. So that was time consuming but once the problem was taken care of everything else went fine . The man who sold me the was very polite and very kind . I loved working working with him this was my second time buying a vehicle from him and Im very pleased.
