Sam was AMAZING. I went in to get my daughter a phone for her birthday I was literally in and out the door. I thought it would be long and complicated and literally he handled all of my needs right away. Great customer service if you need a phone or anything phone related he’s your guy.

Not sure of the Gentlemans name but my significant other and I went to this metro by t-mobile location in Inkster off of Michigan ave on February 17th, 2021 and we were taken care of right away. We had bought her phone 📱 literally only a little over a week ago and we left the house walking and got a block away when she realized her phone 📱 wasnt in her coat pocket. We turned rite back around to back track qn as we did I kept calling her number heard no phone ringing at all. An she knew she had it on her when we left the house but we still looked all over the house too. Call after call and still couldnt find it. So we bought her the same exact phone 📱 which was the Tmobile Revvl 4 plus! Our customer service experience w/ this gentlemen was above and beyond, absolutely excellent. We most definitely gotta give him a 10 out of 10 as far as rating goes. We greatly appreciate your service and will only go to this location bc we know our satisfaction will be guaranteed! I received excellent service during my visit. I upgraded my phone and the owner did everything for me. He offered by and others a bottle of water while I waited and also threw in a pair of ear phones for me. I have never received such courteous service at any other phone store.

The guy here is great, I dropped my phone in the sink, so I was dreading having to incur an unplanned expense. Not only did I get an upgraded replacement, but we also stayed within the confines of my budget. He didnt try to charge me like crazy, but in fact was very straightforward, and honest.
