Store is Always clean and neat.Products and Sale items are always easy to find.The checkout line isn’t usually long whenever I go in.Cashier Lady was friendly

Called the pharmacy to clear up some issues that they were having with my insurance just to be told that they were too busy to call and verify my insurance so I guess my prescription will just be sitting there since they were too busy to help the customer. Went down the street to CVS and did not have a problem at all. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 7 years or more. I guess I won’t be using the pharmacy anymore. But I do enjoy the employees that work the counter.

I would give no stars!!! But had to pick one to rate, I was just told that the medication I was prescribed was not covered by insurance even tho it is last time I had it refilled was through them same insurance and it was covered, and she said I wasn’t in their system, after she told me my address, I took my prescription to Kroger and it was covered with no problems don’t go to the Walgreens in Inkster

The people responsible for running this store and corporate leadership should be fired. This clearly has been a problem for some time and simply don’t care about the health hazards and safety for their patrons.

The over the phone help is terrible. I was put on hold 3 times and was told 1 minute. After waiting 3 times on hold for 10 minutes or longer than was hung up on. No customer services. Just a waste of time. I was looking to fill 2 prescription, but I will not come to this pharmacy.

Worse pharmacy ever, no matter who much you go over your medications with them. They still manage to mess up the order, the turn over rate is extremely high! Every time I go it’s new people, so that says a lot about this location. They would rather lie than admit they messed up!

I have been using this pharmacy for almost two years now and was very happy up until a few months ago. I am now switching pharmacies due to being unhappy with whoever has answered the phone the last few times I have called. The final straw was when I called today asking if I could have my scripts transferred from another location. They told me to have the other pharmacy call them. So that is what I did. Then I got told by the other location it should happen the other way. So naturally when the other location called the person that answered the phone at Walgreens claimed I never called. Own up to your mistakes instead of making a paying customer out to be a liar!!

I was rung up the woman manager in charge today around 1 pm on 4/9/21Never met someone who was rude. A bad disameaner. Over charge. When I was supposed to get 50 percent off. I purpose with to another walgreens. Got same stuff. Cheaper... The manager at inkster store. Ask I want to used my rewards. I told her know. She did anyway.The manager

My review of this pharmacy about two years ago was 5 stars.Fast forward to 2021.If I could give a (-5) stars I wouldve. The new staffing in the pharmacy department within the last few months are a nightmare and extremely unprofessional. Totally different service. I found Pharmacist Mo extremely rude and judgemental. Very poor customer service. On one occasion I called and asked medication to be sent via USPS. It was overlooked. They also put you on hold and then forget about you. I realize everyone is overwhelmed and probably overworked due to the pandemic but thats not a reason to be rude or unprofessional with the customer. I will be changing pharmacies.

Love my Walgreens every one knows me and always ask how are you. And always have what I need. The pharmacy is the best. My super man and Hasion are the best I know I spelled his name wrong. Then you have the lady’s up front Joyce Glenda Tish and the Guy manger they are the best.

They are rude and do not own up to not doing their job had to call corporate. if u have a chronic condition do not depend on them for automatic refills or refilling online period. if u cant multi task dont work for a pharmacy find another career or your gonna keep getting cussed out

This is the slowest walgreens ever. Plan 20 minutes for each trip.

Staff nice and especially cashier named Abe is a sweetheart!!!

I hope I could give them zero star. They may have some misunderstanding of patient. It’s such a bad experience I have never seen before!!!

Very friendly staff and good pricing

I usually go here as my go-to Walgreens. However, recently I got photos developed and they turned out horrible. Im very displeased and will not come back for any type of services. Ill drive further somewhere else to get my photos done.

Extremely rude techs and the pharmacist does not care how her tech speak to people either as a corporate pharmaceutical environment I would travel 25 miles out of my way before filling another prescription at this lactation ! Only go there if its there if thats the last pharmacy on earth!
