The people who work here are freakin awesome. They are so kind. My mom goes up here daily and they are always so great to her. I was visiting from South Carolina and they took good care of us.

My blizzard was good but my moms bananas in her banana split was too ripe and were greyish looking. They had no problem with the return and made her a fresh one. Im sure they knew that her fruit was bad in the first place but nice try

Just went and got a banana split and a banana split shake. when we got home the strawberries were so rancid we had to throw them away. The blizzards were fine and when I call the number it goes straight to voice-mail as if it was a cell.

My visit to Dairy Queen was fine it was great just like I wanted it my ice cream that is I got a banana boat it was all so yummy.

I love Dairy Queen and my local one gets a thumbs up. They also love your animal children. Thank you for the doggy 🐕😘 treat. My animal child also says thank you too.

Sometimes there can be a long line but a great place pretzel sticks and pecan turtle blizzard are my favorite.

I love the dairy queen, when my order was $6.66 I asked to add so.ething on cause I dont like that number so I got a butterscotch coated vanilla ice cream cone to change the price and only wound up paying 7 cant more... the line was very long also however they keep the cars moving very swiftly...

Ordered chicken bites for my daughter and i. Food and services good. However I was unaware of the ranch that came with the chicken bites having nono lid nor in a packet and dumped it all in my car. My daughter did the same. Recomeding employees warn customers or invest in some lids or ready to serve ranch packets

At least 3 days a week I get a brownie blizzard from this location because it is right up the street from my home. I noticed 2 weeks ago I was getting ripped off because they was charging my for extra brownie but was not adding it they was actually just filling the cup up with ice cream and putting the brownie on top. Now they dont even blend the blizzard they just mix the brownie bits in with the ice cream which just leaves chucks of brownies in ice cream. I will just drive to Garden City where I can get what I actually pay for.

I had too smoothies one strawberry banana one triple berry smoothie the banana in the banana in the strawberry banana smoothie took over the strawberry besides that the triple berry smoothie was good. The customer service was straightforward I had no problems overall I think it was a pretty average experience.

Special was DRUMSTICK BLIZZARD! UGH.. I ♡ EM! Grrr! Kid actually forgot to flip it but, He was crazy BUSY! I couldnt say anything to Him He was actually sweating poor fellow. If same owner as last few yrs., this man is very kind to me. Clean. Has drive-in. Keeps up w/ trend in other stores. Only 1 thing Id do, plant a windscreen in front by Mich. Ave. Car noise & distance is not good. Owners fault... NO. As a biz owner ID DO certain things but just personal preference. Trees make folks relax. Inkster needs places that feel better. Havent been in years I had a carving for ice cream it was good the people was kind.

I would give y’all 5 stars but the employees did not clean the mixer before blending something new. I could be allergic to what was mixed with my ice cream that was not suppose to. That cross contamination and I don’t wanna report y’all so do better please. No matter if you are rushing or not. Always do your job 100% throughout

I stopped by this Dairy Queen randomly on my way to work and let me tell you I absolutely loved it! The drive through line was packed but I got out of there super quick and with the friendliest faces at the window. The staff is super nice and the amount of toppings they put in the blizzard was perfect! Definitely coming back!! A must try for sure !

Good service overall. Cleaner than most. Sorry to hear that something like that happened to a customer. That makes me not want to go anymore. One of the girls did try to get sassy with me at one point and I let her know.... I will not spend my money anywhere that doesnt show me respect and good customer service

This Dairy Queen is very friendly & fast! I havent been thru the drive-thru, I enjoy sitting outside. My Blizzards & Banana Splits are always how I order them!! Thank you!

My mother and step-father went to Diary Queen to purchase a small strawberry sundae and a banana split. My step-father likes his banana split made a certain way. A young caucasian girl was at the window. Before my step-gather could advise how she wanted to the banana split the girl told him it’s already made, and shut the window rudely. My step-father was trying to get her attention and when she returned to the window my mother advised if they were white she wouldn’t have treated them as such.My mother asked for her money back and went to the Dairy Queen on Ford Rd.In a predominately black area that’s not a way to treat your customers, as they keep your business open.

Fast friendly aervice. Vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate with mixed nuts. Often duplicated, but never imitated. Only the DQ!

We placed your order and the cashier was very polite and we had a puppy with us and he gave us a doggie cup for us which was so very nice and that puppy loved it including the little doggie bone on top of it we truly loved it to thank you for that .
