This dealership spent hours and hours trying to diagnosis and fix some cruise control error that occurred at another dealership (under the same regional brand/umbrella). My experience with them was a bit rough at first but once we clarified our expectations and they also realized that I wasn’t just doing this to get a new cruise control unit, we all were patient and eventually the truck was fixed. 5 stars from me.

This people will send u a survey about how you felt about their service and when you give them your honest review, their manager would call you with insults, not even asking you why you felt that way.. it’s quite interesting how he wanted me to listen to him all the time and couldn’t listen my side of the story. YES THEY ARE DISHONEST. I would never bring my trucks here again..

I came here June 2021 I have a Check engine light. Knock sensor And I told him I need to check oil change to they told me at Noxapater oil change labor everything for 4700 with everything after I left Albany New York I get jack engine light the dealershtold me from Albani disconnection sir is a disaster market. Right now I’m going. I’m going to my lawyer right now I lose $12,000 to dealership. I never give up until I get back my money

Came in on Monday, I spoke Brian about fifth wheel pin not unlocking, he told me to leave the truck and will take look on Wednesday morning, I called in to check Thursday and brian states he never gave me time frame, 2 days later still havent check the truck, I regretted not take my truck on Thursday, I waited till Saturday and took my truck, I losted week revenue .please stay away this place,

This place is very bad place I never see like truck shop like here they treated you like they don’t wanted comes back here I come to fix my truck they told me price and they added me 3?times price even employees is rude I try to talk manager he dont want talk to you they are targeting specific people

Part department doesnt answer there phone. I have been trying to get ahold of parts for 1 hr and no answer, Im going to start using riverstate freightliner in Wisconsin from now on for parts at least they answer the phone.

I bought 2 Freightliner cascadia trucks from this location. Brain, my salesman was great, and professional. The guys at the service department are doing good job. Just make sure to have an appointment for your oil change and you will be set.

These people are unprofessional, we brought a Freightliner that was losing the power and the dashboard light was on and off, instead of diagnosing and solving the problem they reset the faults, we paid them $1750, before the first stop all the problems showed up again!

Brian will tell you he can get you in first thing tomorrow morning.... 2 days later we are still not in the shop. Brian now has an attitude and still somehow has 10 more trucks ahead of us. This place is pathetic. The mechanics here stand around doing nothing more than half the day. Bad attitudes, and liars. Stay away from this heap of junk.

We had an electrical problems with our motor home on our way through Minneapolis. Stopped by on Friday afternoon but had to wait until Monday to be looked at. Monday morning they work on finding our problem. With over 3 miles of wire I was hoping for a miracle, however the problem ended up to be our main feed cable which were placed between the chassis and the body. They had to jack the body from the chassis to get to the cables. I-State has some of the greatest customer service people. They kept us informed 3 or 4 times a day on the progress of our repairs. If your in the area and need to have your motor home worked on. I would highly recommend I-State.

Can’t explain the experience we encountered from this place. Horrible, unprofessional, and dishonest and so on.

Second time here. No one is at the service counter. I have been here for 1hr 45min. (Since they opened) There is no where to park/drop my trailer. This the second time I have been here. When I was here before, I was in the shop for three days. They failed to repair what was wrong with the truck, so thats why I am back this time. They are repairing what they originally charged us for on the truck.

Avoid at all cost!!!Dont fall into this whole Fast assessment BS they offer if you are in a hurry. They will lure you in, and then ask for more time to troubleshoot if its a complex issue (Fuel system taking air in my situation). Im sitting for the 2nd day here with a bunch of drivers that are mad and frustrated. Im at over $700 in the hole for 2 fuels filter and diagnostic time made by mediocre mechanics. Now I am being given an estimate of $2000 to replace a $250 part that takes 2.5 hrs to replace. What a rip off! If they would have been straightforward with me; if they would have put a good tech that know what hes doing, I wouldnt waste 2 days on a 4 Hrs work.Unfortunately, its not uncommon for dealers to have a predatory attitude to their customers since they have a regional monopoly. This is on top of the crappy techs they have in their shop. This one is no different.

Had to get my 26ft Freightliner M2 business class box truck towed there and they fixed the issue in one business day. Super friendly guys and know what theyre doing. Also did it for an amazing price. Ill be bringing my other work trucks there for maintenance.

I went in to get some parts. The salesman was very helpful, but the computer system they have slowed down the process. Without that problem I would have given 5 stars.

My experience with this Freightliner? The people and service are nice. Watch out for the time they will diagnos the problem if possible get in writing.I brought truck in Thurs promise it would be look at Friday its Monday.

I came into this truck center last night and cant say ANYTHING bad about this facility and how professional the entire team was. They spent several hours helping me determine my truck issue(s) that I have. I came back this morning to get it worked on and still had the same professional help. We recieve a DOT failing crack in our windshield. I-State was willing to write us in without an appointment in order to prevent us from being put out of service and make our delivery. I-State was prompt, curteous and professional. You have our deepest gratitude.

Unfortunately, We have had nothing but problems since they rebuilt our engine. The people here are very nice. But I think they have to many students and not enough qualified certified mechanics. They do fast work but its not entirely great. Your truck is only as good as your mechanic. If you need a day fix then they are the ones to do it but more in depth work should be done by the brand of the truck. Ie.. kenworth, peterbilt, freightliner, Volvo.

451$ for air bag and about 6h waiting. If anybody thinks thats ok go ahead. Will not go there unless I broke down in front of their door.

This is a sorry excuess for a shop had my truck in there 3 times and it has come back to me with issue all 3 times at my exspence...I will never in this life time ever let these incomatent sad excuess for machanics work on anything of mine

Great people...great place. My only complaint is I was told Id get an update phone call and never did!

Waited 15 min on hold for parts before giving up. Kept going from hold to rining just to go back on hold. UNACCEPTABLE.

We brought Sprinter for a diagnostic, it should of been 2 hrs, well it took them nearly 5 hrs. They first told me it would take 1 hr. The they charged us over $500. Were super frustrated and angry! Save your time and money and avoid I-State.

3 times I got my truck serviced here and they took a day to get approval to work on my truck as Im a lease to purchase O/O and lost over $7,000 to down time as a result of not ensuring good communication between the 2 companies. They didnt even address this issue to me as a possibility to have myself get a hold of my DM or after hours personnel as I sat in their drivers lounge for several hours unaware of this issue each time. I didnt know if I should have gone with the hotel thing etc etc as a result. They didnt cover warranty issues that clearly fell under the, emissions side as it was computer and/or DEF related. Ive had several times not all of my bolts placed back in on my skirts and on the rubber divider on the radiator etc etc. They could not figure out why my truck mysteriously shuts down once or twice a week and charged me at least 3 hours labor for it. They always try and place tack on charges by giving excuse to get a computer readout. They also will charge you 100% of each job they do even though you ask them to do several things in that same area, they will charge the individual rate of EACH like: job A is rated 1.1 labor hours, job B is 2.3 and job C is 1.5 totalling 4.8 hours but since you asked them to replace the other 2 since it was in that area and had to come off and put back on ANYWAY. Instead of only charging the 2.3 hours and thats all it would take, nope... youll pay an extra 2.5 hours labor in this example @ $135/hour = $337.50 extra.

Unfortunately i have to give them one star so i can write up a review, I dont need to share my experience as you can see there reviews are horrible, Save your money, Go else where i promise you it will be the best choice youve ever made, Its unfortunate this is how Busniess is, But sooner or later People will figure out just how Horrible dishonest istate is, You lost one customer im sure plenty more .

I took my truck in for Oil pan gasket and Alignment. They check for leaks and measured alignment. They checked for other things i didnt ask for. And my estimate was $15,000 just to repair suspension related and oil leaks. I said no thanks. My bill after no thanks was almost $1,000 . i took my truck to another mechanic. And he looked at everything and said nothing looks abnormal. Its an old truck.This place used to be my favorite place to bring my trucks for repairs. But now, I dont know if the management changed or what. They treat you badly specially if you are foreigner and you dont know what you are talking bout. The service writer, Lee Keener, has no respect. He should be fired. I hope MARK, from the Corporate would have a talk with him. I would not recommend this place for repairs unless you want to have the biggest headache of your life. No wonder all of my friends complain bout this place all the time. I hope news media would investigate them.
