My experience at Meijer Optical in Ionia was amazing! The doctor was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. The manager herself, even helped me pick out which glasses suited me best. I have noticed an extreme difference in customer service and knowledge since the new manager, Madison, has been there. They are very kind and helpful. I left with no questions unanswered! Two thumbs up from me.

I highly recommend Meijer Optical. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Larson provided a thorough eye exam and was very informative about my eye condition. This was my first time purchasing glasses, and I love the way they turned out!

The new staff is absolutly terrible worst customer experience i have wver recieved will not return to the ionia branch if miejers optical advise stay away stay away stay away. Totally not up front. The staff is rude. Have no idea about billing and insurance. Would consider going back to rx optical before using miejer optical in ionia again.
