Had a 9:20 appointment for an eye exam and the doctor didn’t show up til 9, then pulled people in that showed up after me for their eye exam,given maybe they had a 9AM appt, but thats the doctors unproffesionalism. Michelle was quick to tell me that i need to wear a mask but when i peaked in the back to see what was going on, she wasn’t wearing hers so a little hypocritical if you ask me.

I am only giving a one star because you cant give negatives or else I would... They waste your time and money... I was 5 minutes late by reasons that were out of my control and the doctor refused my appointment.. but last time I came I sat in there waiting room for 25 minutes past my appointment time.. And my last appointment this last winter that I had scheduled they called me and reschedule so many times ended just cancelling until now months later and this is how they treat there customer! They wasted my time and money... Cant believe they treat there customers this way with no understanding of 5 minutes... I would schedule somewhere else that have better customer service! The only thing positive was the reception was nice!

Fair price for the exam but be prepared to be lectured for not putting your two year old with weak lungs in an scba respirator and level iv mopp suit. A membership at Costco with an eye exam and glasses will still be cheaper than the cheapest pair of frames that rx optical have.

I cant see any better with my new glasses than I could with my old ones .they shouldnt have gave me the new ones until I have my cataracts done. So basically I spent $ 300 dollars for nothing.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Eye exam was easy and relatively quick! Very happy with my experience here. (:

I was able to schedule an appointment and receive my glasses within minutes. Curbside service is available.
