Cant beat the selection in the grocery area.. especially the deli. In-house Subway is very convenient.

Worst meijer I’ve gone to or shopped at in a while. Especially ordering through the app. Roughly 1/4 of the items I order don’t exist in the store. Last 6 or so times items in their ad are not available at the store. Complained a few times and nothing has changed. My recent order 50% of the value was taken off due to out of stocks or not being available though all the items were ordered from their store ad. I’m changing to fully shopping at Kens down the road. Though it’s a 20 min drive from me it’s still more convenient than ordering through the app and rolling the dice to what I actually get.

Drove through the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, the people were awesome, nice and friendly!! Mine wasn’t quite done yet, had to wait for a little bit yet, no problem, came back when they said and, boom, there it was, done!! Great pharmacy!!

Always wonderful experience when we go and we go often, sometimes multiple times a day. Always friendly, always helpful. They often only have two lanes open, which causes huge lines that are backed way up into the walking aisle. It can be frustrating on both ends. But overall great experience.

Pretty solid location. Not all employees wearing masks (during delta variant Covid in 2021) but overall clean location. Stock seems slim at times however.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Over priced on a lot of items and frankly thats why sometimes I go to Walmart when I can get the same item for $2-$3 cheaper. Other than that though its a good store when youre racking up your mperks points.

This place has decent pricing, but I got sick from eating some of there chicken, and I know I cooked it right because it was boiling hot on the inside, I ate some chicken and got food poisoning, I called to report it and they wanted me to come in with the chicken container, So I did, they were pretty rude to me and I felt like I was doing something wrong after we filled out some paper work at the end the manager told me Id get a $25 card sent in the mail, I was happy because $25 Meijer gift card is awesome, Ive waited about a month now and havent received anything, or heard anything back, I called to see what they were going to do to make sure this doesnt happen again and they didnt answer me, I love the chicken here and I still by it, but Im always afraid Ill get sick again, the general staff are very nice, but this experience has lowered my expectations of this store.

Great grocery store, I wish we had one here in North Carolina specifically in Lumberton.

So I grew up in Ionia, however I currently live in Lansing area. Came by to see my grandpa the other day forgot the babys formula and had to make a quick trip to Meijer, use the bathrooms while I was there and I just got to say cleanliness is something this Meijer is on top of! The bathrooms at Meijer in Lansing not so much! So thank you for making it easier for me to go to the bathroom 😂

Ionia store needs a lot of attention from corporate. Come on get with it.

10 for 10 and 1 free. Always go there for that deal. They have hand sanitizers on sale, any size .25 cents. Loaded up for the next plandemic.

Although I live 25 miles North of the Ionia Meijer store, I go there about every 2 weeks to shop. It is very convenient because my bank is in the lobby so I can do most of my business in one stop. The deli and bakery are great to get quick eats and fresh as well at a decent price. Then to add to the attraction of shopping there is the Meijer perks for groceries and also for the 10 cent discount at their Gas station. All very helpful on a limited budget.

They have the best food service with good food. They placed good Covid restrictions. Also they are fast at doing there jobs well.

Can find most things Im shopping for here. Dont have to drive all over. If you need help just ask. Most are nice some can be kinda rude. Over all not a bad place to grocery shop.

No complaints. Well stocked, fast check out even though under staffed & many trainees.

Its getting irritating with very few check outs. But Im sure the work force is low.

Meijer has always been a higher quality store. But with that comes a little higher price.

Shopping was fine. Only down side is the cold drink coolers in front by the check out was almost empty. Couldnt find a cold diet coke. No that big of a deal I guess.

This large Meijers store is in a safe, well-lit location.On my last visit, it was clean (including restroom) and well organized.Their produce department has many nuts, fruits and veggies that are sometimes difficult to find - huge variety and for the most part fresh with fair prices.Their meats and seafood departments always look and smell clean.I cant comment on the deli or bakery since I normally shop near closing time.All Meijers stores are one-stop-shop places but this location appears to carry a larger variety of goods in every department than others that I have shopped.As a late night customer, I so very much appreciate that this location almost always has one checkout lane open besides self-serve. On my last visit, staff went above and beyond great service by cheerfully opening a regular checkout lane for me right at closing time upon my request since I had a large amount of groceries.Every staff member that Ive encountered here has been courteous, helpful and done all they could to fix any problems. Since I do shop quite late, this includes the stockers.

Dressing rooms still cant use, hours changed until 6 am-12 pm and a bigger woman was sitting on the cooler where the cheese is🤢

The Walmart of the north but better.Nice wine selection. A little pricy on most items compared to Walmart with the same quality. You have to look for the value of items.

I shopped early morn and it was better than when crowded. Im also shopping for an elderly friend and some products are not available at all! Thats discouraging! Store is clean. Easy shopping. I dont like the carts blocking most of many aisles with merchandise to be stocked. Seems like this should be done before people are shopping!??! Had to stop many times to get around stocking carts and other customers coming the other way!

Awesome customer service, I was greeted at the door apron my arrival. I was also asked if I needed help finding anything while I was shopping. The store was very sanitary and they had alot of great deals going on. Fresh fruit and fresh meats and produce and have to love the ten for ten sale! Would definitely recommend shopping there over anywhere else around.

Not sure covid effect or not but no coto salami for the third time there, and deli closed early because of staffing issues. Only 3 lanes open at 8pm (plus self check out) but we had a full cart. Love Meijer but Ionia needs some attention.

Always when Im up here in my home state Meijer is my first place to stop. They have everything I need for my vacation Plus some Meijer Michigan cherry coffee and other flavors I cant get in Tennessee

People that have been hire to assist in the secret shoppers movement follow you around and make it unpleasant to peacefully do your essentials shopping g let alone if you dare look at an item that has any dire need for survival. They judge their prey based on the way they look and not by the actions of each individual while shopping. It as. Creepy, uncomfortable, and definitely an attribute to an escalated anxiety attack.Some people are still honest people in this world and do t deserve to be treated like a suspect of dishonesty. It makes the experience of the shopping event unpleasant and undesirable to even imagine planning for the next trip.

Had a great experience at this Meijer. The casher was still in high school and commented on my case mask...asked if I was a teacher. I m not but I do work at an elementary school. He replied, you just look like a kind teacher. I was so flattered ☺️. I have the highest regards for teachers and think they are the key for the next generation. They also have great clearance section!

Quite busy. Electric carts need to find some way to be fully charged before using. Too often it starts out fine but dies out soon afterwards. Maybe having the carts unaccessible in an area before customers gave access. The light gives false confidence it will last.

It has gotten ridiculous! There shelves are so empty all the time now..I never can find what I need from there..alot of the workers there are snooty n lazy. I had a great cashier when I as here yesterday..Very nice n super helpful! I shop here multiple times a week, but am about to shop else where for the things I need n want..They also need to lower some prices..They need to get there shelves stocked!!!

Open some checkout lanes. We were there yesterday and TWO LANES were open. People backed up into mens and womens clothing...and plenty of employees walking around with their cell phones looking bored.
