Studio H2O has the most amazing staff and also a phenomenal showroom! We went down there just to find a special size shower stall, and we ended up buying everything we needed to remodel two bathrooms, and one laundry/bathroom!Jennie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us pick out everything we would need, from the smallest item (drain covers for showers) to the largest item (vanities and linen closets). She knew more about plumbing than most plumbers do! She even went so far as to contact our plumbing contractor to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our particular project.Studio H2O is the best company we have ever dealt with as far as assisting us in finding quality products and making sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. Jennie was so amazing, and everyone else we talked to was so friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend this company to everyone we know!

Bethany made my kitchen/bathroom remodel experience amazing! She was always kind and curteous and helped us along the way. We are so glad we went with her and studio h2o. Our cabinets are very high quality as well as our countertops. I couldnt be more pleased! If I ever need to remodel again I will most definitely be using her :-)

Maria was wonderful scheduling an appointment for us at H2O Studio!Kathy Rutt assisted us making a purchase for two high rise toilets. We asked every question imaginable (yep, for a toilet :)). Kathy was extremely gracious helping us when I remembered two other items our house needed a new kitchen sink faucet, again answering every question & letting me trying a bunch of faucets! Oops, we also need to replace a bathroom light with a short in one socket! She helped us find a beautiful replacement!! What a kind thoughtful person, I could replace my home interior with Kathy’s wonderful patience and pleasant assistance!!

Jennie was great to work with and helped us outfit our new home with bath and kitchen fixtures. When we had an issue with one of our fixtures 5 years later, she helped us get a replacement part under warranty. Studio H2O is not only helpful during the buying process but their customer service several years later is also outstanding. We highly recommended them!

We knew we wanted to remodel our kitchen and we werent sure where to start. H20 Studios was listed in the Best of Iowa City magazine so we checked them out. It was the best decision! From the moment we walked in the door the service has been outstanding. We had no idea where to begin and the staff walked us through step by step; now our kitchen is amazing! We were not just another customer to them. Their personal attention made our remodeling very enjoyable.

Everyone I worked with was very helpful. I had kind of a tough request but it was handled well. Abby was very prompt in answering my text messages. Great experience! I have actually visited the showroom before when my husband and I remodeled a bathroom and they were very helpful then too. A little different approach with COVID--all done with texting!

Sherri is helpful, experienced, and has great suggestions. She was always sensitive to our needs and budget, and never made us feel like we weren’t her top priority, even when we didn’t always go for high-end choices. She is a regular person, easy to relate to. And she was so patient with us as we went through the process of choosing colors, changing our minds, and choosing again! Jenny walked us through the remodeling process, was delightful to work with, and was always available for us. Back in 2015, my husband and I renovated a bathroom in Keota and worked with Studio H2O to choose materials. We appreciated the fact that they helped us make good choices that were within our budget that we were able to enjoy until he day we moved out.Now we are working on building a home in Tennessee and while Studio H2O is not there, they have been helpful in pulling up the choices we made four years ago so we can partially re-create the bathroom we loved in Keota. My wife and I completely gutted and remodeled an old farm house. We bought all of our plumbing fixtures at Studio H2O. The staff is knowledgeable with the products and has great suggestions and input with design. They are happy to answer your questions and eager to make sure youre getting exactly what youre hoping for. We accidentally ordered a couple pieces for a faucet incorrectly and they had them brought out to our house on CHRISTMAS EVE. My Husband and I wanted to update our second floor bathrooms and laundry room. We are just normal people, we live in a normal home built in 2000, its finished with golden oak everywhere and I had no idea how to start a project like this. We went to a home show and spoke with several companies. Studio H2O was clearly the most personable and friendly. I made and appointment with Lauren and Kathy at Studio H2O a few weeks later and we got to work. I had some ideas from web sites and magazines that I liked, but I had no idea if I could afford anything from my pile of pictures. Lauren and Kathy reassured me that Studio H2O works with all budgets so it all be ok. One of the things that I liked best about my experience here is that often Lauren or Kathy would suggest or point out something that I had not even thought about. They suggested a contractor who completed my project with ease and whom has a mid-western work ethic that we all hope our children grow up to have. Its so scary to start something like this.. you never know if you have enough money, if the contractor is going to show up in the morning, if you are going to like it when its finished. I had a great experience and now we are saving up to do the kitchen.
