Really well run and amazing customer service! Recently rented a boat slip/lift from them and the motor happened to fail on Friday(7/3) of Fourth of July weekend. Was totally impressed that in spite of this being totally unexpected and them being so busy they had our lift back in service the same day! Much appreciated and every interaction we have had with their marina has been positive.

Absolute wonderful experience renting a pontoon boat with this marina! They made it super easy. Boat was new, clean, very comfortable and we will be back again soon to spend another day on it.

A friend of mine and I have been trying to track down a prop for an old outboard and have had zero luck. These guys new what we had and where to get it. They didnt make a sale but still helped us find what we were looking for which says a lot about a business.

Wow talk about customer service above and beyond! I drove 270 miles to buy a boat and found this to be one of the best run boat shops ever! I bought a used boat, on consignment and when they took it out of storage and checked it over they found some issues and knowing it was still under warranty they fixed them...how great it that! I would have never known if they hadnt brought it to my attention but that is how honest and sold these guys were to me.Definitely one of the fairest sales groups I have ever worked with I feel luck to have gotten to know them...super people, great business ethics I highly recommend them even if you have to drive a few hundred miles to get there for me.ot was.worth it.

Had a excellent experience!!!! The price is affordable, the staff are top notch. Thats why I always give awesome customer service hopping to get the same, and its a Rarity these days. I would highly recommend visiting the Coralville lake marina. The only reason Im upset is we had to leave.

Purchased a boat from them through their brokerage program rather than meeting many people private party and my experience was great, I was able to test drive the boat I was interested in (can’t usually do that private party) and had a good selection of different ones in my price range to look at even, the boat wasn’t up to their standard, impeller wasn’t pushing out as much as it should be, so they changed it, made sure all lights and trailer lights, electronics, everything on the boat functioned perfectly before I left with it, I worked with Ben Patience and he was very professional and helped me with my decision making, when we outgrow this boat, I will definitely look here first for my next one.

Everyone seemed fine except Ty. What a joke for a salesman. Never calls back. Seems extremely lazy and as if you dont matter and like you should have no questions about a used boat before you drive four hours and spend 17000. Even after the sale acted like it was a pain to get the title to me. Had to call Dan to get it done. STAY away from Ty.
