Liked that I had choices between American made or china. Free Hong Kong and anything else china is trying to rule.

Pretty good variety of plumbing and AG supplies. Best selection of v-belts in town although seems to be falling off keeping everything stocked.UPDATE, stopped in for an AG fuel filter that no one else in town stocks and checked selection and prices on a few items I had looked for in other stores (Menards). I was VERY impressed by the selection of mower parts and blades, hardware, plumbing supplies, Cam Lok fittings and pet food. There always seems to be someone around to ask questions also, not the case in the big box stores. They even had a fuel meter that I wanted for a GREAT price! Well worth stopping to source hard to find items.

I think this store is still farm orientated and thats a different customer then me.

Use horse bedding wood pellets as cat litter. It will change your life. Great place to get a lot of it for super cheap.

Improper mask wearing by the employees yesterday. We went there to buy work boots, told the one employee, and he wouldn’t leave the aisle so we could try them on. They lost $400 worth of business. Theisons had a good covid plan.

Smaller quiet farm store on Eastside, not a big box store.

Olivia (I think that was her name) checked in with me to make sure I was finding everything, helped me with the few items I needed but wasnt seeing and got the larger items I was needing brought up front quickly. But any time Ive come in, staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. I used the dog bathing station that they have, and it was nice and affordable. The tub has a ramp so your dog can walk up into it. And you dont have to worry about the clean up, like you would at home.

Whenever I go to purchase my dogs food there is never a replenished stock on the shelf. I always have to ask an associate for help and am often told that it’s either in the back or it’s packed away on the truck and they can’t get it out for me. I understand that with such a large inventory things sometimes go unreplenished often however if they are selling as much of this dog food kind as they clearly are it should be a priority when it comes to stocking. I was told on my most recent visit that they actually had six bags but that they were on a pallet In the back but That it was too loaded a way to get it out. I don’t feel like many of the associates they are willing to go above and beyond although they are all mildly polite. I like shopping here because it was closer to my home but unfortunately I believe I will have to start shopping elsewhere

Ive been a long time customer but now I can no longer in good conscience shop there anymore. During a terrible pandemic they are not protecting their employees or customers by enforcing masks.

I have not shopped here much but my son recently got a job here so I decided to become a patron. They recently did some remodeling and had a Grand Re-opening this month. It is a nice well stocked store, not too big. The staff is helpful. I love their large selection of bird feeders and seed.
