The staff are very friendly. I like how knowledgeable they are, too. They were able to help me find some creeping phlox for my garden. The checkout line was a little long, but I blame that more on everybody buying a huge cart of plants than on the employees.The selection is great. They have many different annuals, perennials, trees, herbs, and vegetables. They usually have several varieties to choose from, too, and not just one type like Walmart or Lowes. I really appreciate that, especally for annual flowers. I like variety and not just the generic mass produced seedlings you see everywhere.The plants are at an okay price. I would wait for a sale if I were buying more than a few plants, and I wouldnt buy their mini-succulents at $5 each when I can find similar plants at other places for $2 or $3. Overall, it is a great place to shop. Will be back again when I have more time to garden.

Went in today to find a birthday present for my dad, but didnt know what to get. The workers there were so helpful and sweet! They were very patient and accommodating while they helped me find the perfect gift for him, and I actually ended up buying a couple plants for myself as well since I was so excited by everything they had. Awesome people, awesome plants!

Wonderful selection of plants and just about the only place in town where you can find african violet pots. That said, the prices are outrageous for most things. Some are reasonable, like on their rare plants. But the annuals and perennials are priced at 1.5-2x the going rate anywhere else. The plants are quality and the staff are very helpful so if you want confidence or assistance this is a good place for garden stuff.

On May 8th 2021 at 5:15pm we where greeted by a white blond hair woman. She was very rude, obnoxious and immediately made us feel very uncomfortable. This type of immature behavior by a store employee reflects on a poorly managed store. I will share more details of my experience to many potential consumers. Too bad I have spent alot.of money at this store over the last years. Shameful

I called in today to ask about grass and type of seed they recommend using.The guy answered the phone and I asked my question and this was the response:Could you come into the store, we are to busy to help you and would be better if you came in.Well if you are too busy to help me then I guess you dont need my business.Also, dont advertise phone call ins for pick up if you are too busy to help the customers get what they need!

No customer service. Tried asking two people for assistance with trees. We were told only one person there could help us. That person was helping someone else that came way after us, then when they were finished assisting that person, they disappeared. Waited around for anther 10mins and finally left.

Paul designed the landscaping around my house and helped select a variety of plants that suited my space perfectly. He came back periodically to check on the plants, blend the rock, and even brought my trash and recycle bins up to the house for me. When I visit the store he always takes time to visit and answer my questions. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Even though other places are closer for me, Earl May is my go-to place for advice and the great variety of plants and gardening supplies. Whenever I have a project, this is the place I go to get it done.

They always have beautiful plants, flowers and pots. I find myself going in there anytime I drive by. The staff is very knowledgeable and they take care of each customer. Always offering to repot the plants or carry them out to your car. All of the plants I have gotten from here last a very long time!
