Cathy at Tri City in Ipswich is great. We bought an oven from her last fall, and she helped us figure out what we wanted, and we love it. My 15 yo washing machine was giving off a burning smell, and the door wasnt closing properly - so I called Cathy. Bought it on Sunday, guys are delivering it today (Tuesday!). She kept me up to date on availability and odd questions I asked. I love buying local, and from a woman to boot! Great local business, very customer friendly and they match prices to the big stores. Gotta go, the delivery guys are here!

I went into Tri-City Sales in Ipswich recently to buy a washer and dryer. I had heard there was a shortage during the pandemic, but Kerri worked diligently and even gave us choices with a short delivery lead time. Her customer service and product knowledge made the transaction simple, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a gas dryer which weve not used before. I will definitely ask for Kerri again she was very friendly and we got the job done quickly. Their showroom is beautiful, Ill definitely be back to replace more pieces.

After shopping around for months looking for our appliances we decided to visit Tri City Sales in Ipswich. We were greeted kindly and professionally by Kerri O’Neill. Needed a washer pronto as the older GE front loader starting shaking violently and unseating the gasket. Called Monday got a unit all set for install by Wednesday. Great service at Ipswich. Cathy should get a raise.

Kerri was a great! She helped us decide on new appliances for our remodeled kitchen. Everything came perfect and on time.

Great products at a fair price, HOWEVER, you may pay the price on their delivery. Tri City Sales delivery guys marred the door frame of our kitchen leaving a couple of deep gouges in the woodwork. I didnt notice until after they left and called TWICE. No response, no follow up, no help at all. I was left to pay to have the damage repaired myself. To add insult to injury, three weeks later we had to have the fan on our new GE stove replaced, which thankfully did not cost us more than the inconvenience.

Called about an intermittent issue with a 6000 dollar oven that I bought just over a year ago. They blew me off... gave me no help and then the manager Charlie hung up on me. Called the owner... I can see where he got his customer service skills... worst service ever. Don’t buy here... no support and they are rude.

Botched delivery date on oven and cost me thousands of dollars in contractor fees since the electrician, HVAC, and plumber all showed up and there was nothing to install. Then when it finally came, it didnt show up with all the parts so lost another week in my kitchen with no cook top/oven. Horrible customer service, no accountability - still havent been compensated for all the delays/money they cost me!

Run from this place. The delivery people are beyond a nightmare and the owner not only does not stand behind his products, he does not service them and takes no responsibility once the sale has been made. My first appliance resulted in the delivery men blowing the electrical line to my stove and to my house. The town inspector had to get involved for us to get a new stove. The fridge I just bought was used as a hacky sac in the truck by the delivery men and although they were nice enough to bring the fridge in they could not be bothered to hook it up or even give me a receipt. You can do better basically anywhere else. I will be taking them to court and the filing fee is well worth it at this point as they do not call you back . I could go on but this worthless company is not worth it.11/10/20 I just wanted to update my issue above. RUN FASTER from this place. I am now being harassed as the Tri City Truck passes my home they are sounding their airhorns which in the end represents not them but Tri City Sales. When I spoke to Tim the other owner and our salesman Janet after this occured, I got no more than a you deserved it for giving us a bad review. So I guess the highlight of today was the air horns in the end. Anyway I would like to change my rating to a zero because a one is too good for this place. It was very easy to work with Chuck on the phone while looking at the Tri-City website. Chuck answered all my questions. He made a suggestion or two. I looked up reviews on other websites while talking with him. I made the purchased over the phone with a credit card. Very easy. The delivery happened the very next day. The delivery guys were great. They were friendly and true professionals. They hauled out the old washing machine, installed the new one, and took away the box and packaging. Perfect!

Great staff, easy to work with, and great delivery crew! We were having work done in the kitchen and replacing all of the appliances, so this required coordinating 2 separate deliveries. Tri-City mad that very easy. And then for the fridge we had the new one coming in, the old one going to the basement, and the older one in the basement as to be removed. i reviewed it with the delivery crew when they arrived and they got right to work on it. No problems. Quick, efficient, and vert friendly. Dont forget to tip them if you have some extra moves like that.

Ill summarize first, in case you dont want to read my experience. Bottom Line: Dont purchase from Tri City. Dont stand behind products and dont support customers.I purchased thousands of dollars worth of appliances at Tri City. The refrigerator has had issues from month one. Its still under warranty. Tri City does not have a service department, so I need to deal with Whirlpool (part of KitchenAid). After losing tons of food gone bad, multiple times, I called Tri City to ask for help and suggestions on what course of action I could take. I was quite distraught, since it hadnt even been a week after the last repair man was here. I was not helped. In fact I was told We didnt make the refrigerator. I never thought they mad the product, since Im smart enough to know an appliance store doesnt have a manufacturing plant for everything they sell. I called a different appliance dealer in Seabrook, NH (Appliance Warehouse). I needed some guidance and general information. I didnt even buy the refrigerator at this store in Seabrook, but Ill definitely buy my next one there. They gave me information on whirlpool and who to contact. Wont be visiting Tri City again...thats for sure. Dont need insult to injury. My freezer has been repaired more than 7 times in less than 3 years, and like a fool each time it was fixed, I believed it would work. It did...for only a short while. Im out the expense of the appliance and seven times the loss of food in my freezer. The freezer only works if its empty. And while Tri City is not responsible for the manufacturing of the appliance, I would think they would want to help a customer (now previous customer) in need. I referred several people to Tri City and they all bought products there. I wish I hadnt done that. Ill be sure to share my experience with them as well.

Who really understands what a nightmare it is to have your refrigerator die until it happens to you? Add into that nightmare the fact that Memorial Day weekend is looming and that inventory is extremely low due to the fact that the factories that manufacture the brand we need to fit our space have closed indefinitely because of the pandemic. I called many places, starting with the big box stores and really started to think wed be trying out life without a fridge. On a friends recommendation, I called Tri-City. Tri-City answered the phone, found me a floor model, disclosed the fact that there was a tiny scratch on it (I cant find it to be honest) and delivered on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at no extra charge. They were super-helpful and went above and beyond for us. I wont shop anywhere else in the future.

Fridge died in the middle of the night during the pandemic. I called Tri-City Sales and the sales guy helped me identify a solution. We decided to put the fridge in the basement because of the pandemic. Within 2 hours it was delivered, a contact-less delivery. They even wiped it down with disinfectant. I’ve already told them I’m going back when I’m ready to replace my broken fridge in the kitchen. Totally amazing customer service.

Had a rental with a Mom and Dad and 3 kids including a baby needing a new fridge and range. Big box store pushed out delivery several weeks so we cancelled and called Tri-City. Ordered a dishwasher online, after a week of no communication finally called them, took me 4 phone calls to finally get somebody who could answer my questions just to be told they dont ship out of their area (which is a selectable option on their website). No apology, apparently were never planning on contacting me to let me know. I wouldnt do business with them based on my limited experience.

We had a very positive experience when buying our washer & dryer and as a result we returned to Tri-City Sales when it was time to replace our gas stove. Sean at Tri-City Sales in Rowley was very helpful with my selection of a dryer. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient in delivering the machine through my back yard down a path shoveled through the snow, installing the dryer and removing the old one. When I need to have my old washer replaced I will return to Tri-City.

This was our first time purchasing an appliance from Tri-City. It is also our last. We purchased two in wall ovens. Immediately upon installation there was a clear defect with one of the ovens. Two calls were made to Tri-City right away. The sales people would not take the calls and never responded to our messages. We contacted the manufacturer who informed us this is a known problem with these ovens. Tri-City either doesn’t know their products, or is not informing customers. We sent and email to Tri-City, which they did respond to. However, they never offered to repair or replace the ovens. We followed up with another email and never received a response. Awful customer service. This should have been resolved immediately and there should have been follow up by Tri-City. Now we are forced to spend time dealing with the manufacturer. Don’t shop here. Their prices are no better than the Home Depot or Lowes and you clearly are not getting better customer service.
