Great customer service from Mark at the front desk. He efficiently was able to reschedule my installation when I got called in to work and couldnt be at home to let the workers in. Todd and Gordon were fine craftsmen with my shower door installation. They cleaned up perfectly and were very professional. The prices were competitive for custom work! I highly recommend!! Great people, incredible service! Weve used them for all our sm glass projects for years but they just replaced all our old lake side windows. This was a really difficult job and we couldnt be happier with the outcome! These guys are amazing! Our windows are BEAUTIFUL!

Ace Glass on Woodrow Street did such a fabulous job cutting a new piece of glass for my grandmothers antique coffee table. This past week we had a wind rain event. My wife called me and said that the wind lifted our poolDeck umbrella in and it broke out kitchen window. She said she tapped plastic over it so no biggie. So I started looking on line and had several to choose so living in Irmo I called Ace Glass. They were right down the street and I like to support local business. The gentleman that answered seemed nice and asked if someone could Look at it today. He took allMy info and said he would try to squeeze me in today but if not tomorrow morning or right after lunch. I said fine. He also said he would have the tech bring a peice of glass for a temp and it would probably take 7-9 days to order. So that day he wasn’t able to come., I called him that afternoon and he said it would be in the morning or right after lunch. The next day. The next morning no show and after lunch no show. My wife called me around 4:00 and said still no show. At this point I realized they weren’t going to show. I decided to call another company locally and they showed up that day to measure and said he would be back in the morning to make the repair. The following morning they showed up and repaired it. I did call Ace to cancel the service and it sounded like they didn’t care. I’m not one to post because I understand business and had owned a large plumbing company so customer service and communication is big so when you make a commitment you stick to it. What had I taken the day off from work and waiting and they don’t show. I wasted a day. If they would of called and said we are busy and can it wait another day I would of been fine with it. Or better yet they should know there own schedule to determine when they could get someone there. I’m not saying they are a bad company and probably had a busy week but they should tell the client that up front instead of over committing and no fulfilling what they proposed to do. I gave one star because he answered and seemed he was able to assist me

Went to ace because they were the only ones that could give me a ball park quote over the phone which was very convenient. Took me just about five minutes to get everything squared away and their price to replace my glass table top was absolutely reasonable.
