First time at the store and the hospitality was awesome! My new bait store for now on 5star for me. There was a young teenage gentlemen who helped me, he gave me my herrings and I was off for striper fishing.. Caught 8 stripers that day!

This is a fairly small store but they seem to have a good selection of hardware. I was able to get a few galvanized pipe fittings and 3/4-10 nuts and be on my way in short order.

Their website says they are open at 7AM. I called the store before I arrived and “the voice mail is full.” So I arrive at 7:30AM. Their sign on the door says they open at 6AM.Nobody is here at 7:40AM.Very poor way to run a business.

Extremely friendly folks and their prices are very competitive with big box stores. I far prefer to support local small businesses than national chains. Awesome for propane fills since they only charge what you take rather than a full 20# fill.

Fantastic buying experience. I purchased a rifle here recently and the staff were great to work with. I have been to other gun stores in the area and have had bad experiences. I will be shopping more often.

Tronnie and Andy are awesome! If they don’t have exactly what you need (which is very rare) they order and have it the very next day. I have purchased a rifle, hardware supplies, boating equipment and the list goes on...Outstanding Customer Service, you honestly couldn’t make me go to a Lowe’s or Home Depot. They will match there price if it’s cheaper anyway. I think it’s important to keep my money in my local community. Almost the same as buying American made products. Why support big corporations or other countries when your local business is customer friendly and know’s there products. Just try finding that at Lowe’s and Home Depot...Lake Murray Hardware is a great asset to the community of Ballentine, Chapin and Irmo area.
