I typically have pleasant shopping experiences here. Its why I order food trays for my workplace from here. Last Wednesday, the lady at the deli was absolutely not pleasant. I was so flustered by the interaction that I forgot to ask for the mayo and mustard that I had ordered with the wrap tray. Today, I got a dirty look from the bakery worker because I asked for two extra free cookies. Im going to give this store a pass for a while.The cashiers are always pleasant, and the young man at the pharmacy who served me last Wednesday was very helpful and extremely pleasant.

I only went in for a few things but everyone was so friendly and spoke to you. They made you feel special and store very nice .

Yeah this location is not really big on fresh food. I love fruit from Publix in general and if you purchase their cut fruit you know its not cheap. So These last few times I keep going hoping something was wrong with the temperature that one day and that maybe theyll fix it but they dont. The fruit is always frozen and mushy. Like all of it literally frozen and mushy...Very disappointing and nasty as this is the closest Publix to me. Guess Ill just go the extra miles for the one on Harbison.

Clean, friendly staff throughout the store. I love the pharmacy and their staff! Theyre super helpful, kind and patient. So happy I switched over from my former pharmacy. Lyndsey is wonderful!

The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a busy location. The deli area always has a line, and the bakery is small but this is a smaller location. Always fresh fruit and vegetables.

I was just stopping in to get a sub sandwich and was genuinely surprised to find that the deli staff was extremely friendly in a very sort of natural way.

Good location for local community. The parking lot needs to be leveled and resurfaced.The workers are competent and friendly for the most part, although they need self checkouts.

Makes absolutely no sense to have the ability to purchase and pay for food online at this store. This is an almost frequent issue of ordering a sub and arriving to find out that they dont have the bread of your choice. No phone calls made to alert you of the issue and then also you dont have the ability to receive a refund while having ro agree to a alternate food choice and having to wait yet again. HORRIBLE!!!

Please let me say this was the first place I got groceries when we were still staying in a hotel waiting for our house...and the folks in this store are deliberately friendly. The deli makes a custom sandwich and apparently season it with magic because my sandwiches dont taste that amazing. And Im good in a kitchen yall! They have the most appealing cut fruit and gourmet fresh pre made salads. Just do yourself a favor go at least once!Cons: produce is a little pricey & having to unload my water cases at home myself. IKR!!! Unfortunately they do not have a genie that can pop over and pop right back. Im sure theyre moving that request to the front of R&D...in the meantime it allows me to cheat on arm day.

I come here almost every week and place the same order in the deli. It seems recently they can never get it right. The employees are always very apologetic and nice. I picked up a 20 piece cooked chicken wings from the deli dept that was prepackaged in the warmer! When I got home and opened the box, a fly flew out! This was totally disgusting. The deli section always seemsto have a lot of flies around! I will no longer be patronizing this area until the fly situation is under control!

Everything is always fresh, great customer service!! I had to put my truck in the shop for a week, so Ive had the opportunity to use their deliver service and even the delivery was great with perfectly picked items from my list.

Ordered subs from the deli, and waited 30 minutes in store while grocery shopping. I go to the deli to get the subs and they inform me that they are out of the meat that goes on my sub. Why couldnt they call me to inform me?! Instead of waiting to inform me 30 minutes later when Im ready to pick my order up. Deli was slam packed and I did not get my sandwich.

I get my prescriptions here they are fast and courteous and the associates in grocery seem to know where items are located. I am satisfied with this Publix so far.

Publix is a great, clean store to shop in. Usually Id say Five Stars hands down, but the service has dropped a bit recently. Ive had pricing issues the last few times Ive been there, so keep an eye on how its ringing up!

Today Rohon (grocery manager) was extremely helpful in ordering and stocking items for me that I had been previously buying but hadn’t been in stock for a couple of weeks. He was very efficient and friendly. Making a busy mom’s life easier! This is my go to store!

It is a nice Publix. Very convenient and accessible. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The only real complaint I have is that management decided to clutter up the back aisle (along the dairy stuff) with bulky product tables and signage which makes it extremely difficult to navigate when there are more than two people in the area. It is a really dumb idea, and I wish they would go back to leaving the area open.

My daughter reminded me to post this. A few months ago I was at Publix shopping for dinner before my kids made it home from school. In a rush I got back to my car and quickly realized that I locked my keys inside!! I can literally see the keys on the passenger seat. A nice couple notices me and asks if everything was ok. I told them that my keys were inside on the seat and that I’m locked out. I didn’t have enough money at the time to pay for a locksmith either. So they try using a small bungee cord from their car to grab the keys. No luck. They offer to drive across the street to the dollar store to buy a wire hanger to see if that would work. As they leave a young worker is walking out with a customer. As he finishes up, he notices me just standing there by my jeep and kindly asks if I was waiting on someone. I told him that my keys were locked inside, and that the bungee cord I was still holding didn’t work when we tried. I then explained that a couple would be back shortly with a wire hanger and that he really didn’t need to help me if it held up his work. He insisted on helping me and immediately began using the bungee cord I had. I kid you not, not even 10 minutes passed and he gets my keys out like a professional!! I was blown away that he actually got them, let alone that quickly. I was able to take a picture of him holding the keys and said he was glad he could help me. Michael from publix really saved me from paying a locksmith to come out to open my car and I still made it on time for dinner. Thank you Michael!!!

I am done with Publix. The past two times that I have gone in I have had issues with the deli. The first time I couldnt get service at the hot bar. Today, I got 10 wings from the hot bar and clearly the young lady didnt know what she was doing. She gave me the wings without a tag. I went to pay for my items and the cashier couldnt ring the wings up. So he just looks around and asks me if I want to go get the tag for the wings. I told him to forget about the wings. I paid for my purchase and left. I will not go back.

The customer service is great. They wipe down the shopping carts for you. An employee named Alecia took notice that one of my strawberries had mold, so she sought out a much better looking batch that turned out to be very delicious. She had a nice personality and was very attentive, which is greatly appreciated. I enjoy shopping at this store.
