Chris was very professional yet polite and patient with me. He explained my phone’s functions clearly. I was very impressed with his honesty in suggesting what I needed and did not need. I really appreciate that.I come to this location because there’s usually someone there that can handle my needs in a timely manner.Agents like Chris lead me to return and continue with Verizon.

I had a major issue with my phone and was basically entirely out of service (folks - heed my warning and do not even think of going to Spectrum). Took the phone in on a wing a prayer and got Brandon on the case. It took some expected time, but he stuck with it with a professional and reassuring attitude and essentially got my life back. Bravo to him for a job well done and making not only a customer very satisfied but also ensured that I am definitely a Verizon for life guy. Well done.

Im having technical problems with my phone and was told to go to a location to have it resolved. I showed the employee the error message on my phone and was told there was nothing wrong with my phone maybe just the app. I went to the mobile site and was unable to get past this error message there as well. They continued to argue that nothing was wrong and they couldnt do anything to resolve the issue. I called verizon, spoke with an agent that said he would mail to me what I was trying to pick up from the location. So now I have to wait for something that should have been provided at the store. Further I tried discussing my plan and a cheaper plan I wanted to switch to, I was told they couldnt change it, Id have to do it myself on the app after I fixed my technical problem. Last I tried to purchase an accessory item for my phone and was told for some reason they couldnt sell the item. Their system wouldnt let them. So in all a complete waste of time and couldnt get help with anything

Brandon was great-very knowledgeable and courteous. There were multiple customers that came in back to back- he was the only one working at that time, and did a great job of multitasking! Very personable guy, and clearly an asset to your establishment!

If I could give Brandon a 10 I would. Another Verizon store told me I would not be able to request a specific phone number, but Brandon went above and beyond helping me by contacting the correct department to get this done.

Tiffany at the Irmo store did a fantastic job tonight. I was switching my phone service back to Verizon and had one of the phones in Kentucky with my mom. She was very kind and professional and helped me get my phone set up and when we had an issue with Apple ID she took the next step in contact with them and continue to patiently work on the phone until it was up and running properly. She stayed late, she never seemed rush, she was very professional and was super helpful and courteous. I gave her a 10 out of 10!

I went in the store because my email was not working. Brandon said he wasn’t suppose to know about this email stuff but he tried very diligently and got AOL back up. He was very kind to work so efficiently. Thanks for helping me out Brandon.

Tiffany at the Irmo Store provided us with outstanding service. She was able to answer questions we had that had been puzzling us. She did so in the most efficient and competent manner possible. We have Verizon phones but we did not purchase them at this store. We stopped by the TCC Verizon Store on Dutch Fork Rd this past Sunday to try and get problem handled with my sons phone. Tiffany waited on us--she went way beyond the call to help us! Most helpful and gracious!

Tiara (I may be spelling it wrong) was extremely helpful and I could tell she was trying every single avenue to help me AND the two other customers in the store at the same time. She was great, and friendly the whole time.

My phone fell off my car and I took it to TCC Verizon in Irmo. I could not have gotten a better sales rep. Connor was magnificent. He helped me select the right phone for me and the best part, he was able to retrieve all of my information. That was HUGE!!! Used Car dealership... Very shady place. Since joining Verizon best network Ive done nothing but spend time with customer service to fix my billing promotion discounts they were offering that got me to join and my salesperson supposedly said he had all taken care of. My first months bill of 4 people on basic unlimited is $451, and thats after Ive spent $150 for a partial month. Verizon is very sneaky

I came in with a time deadline and minimal knowledge. Granted it was not a busy day, but the staff made sure I made my timeline and went over and above to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone! I didnt have to do anything, it was fabulous!

Connor and Aaron are absolutely the best! I recently went to the Verizon Store located on Dutch Fork Road to seek help with my gps dropping. Connor quickly identified the problem and then became my advocate for a solution with Verizon tech support. The solution was I would receive a new phone delivered overnight to replace the defective one. However, after receiving the new one and following directions explicitly, I could not load content from the cloud to it! I then wasted hours with a rep on the phone who then said I would be contacted by a level III tech! After some time, I received a text from someone introducing themselves and asking me what the issue is I need help with! Are you kidding me! After working with someone who couldn’t help I now have to start the whole process over again! When I expressed my concern about not being able to talk personally with someone they texted back saying they’ll contact me in the morning to continue! It’s now well after 9 p.m. and I’ve about had it with so called tech support! The next day, I went back to the Verizon store however CONNOR wasn’t in yet. I introduced myself to AARON, briefly described my problem and within minutes was on my way to having my issues taken care of! Bottom line is this. These two gentlemen exhibited professionalism and genuine concern for me. They gave me their undivided attention and dealt with my issue through to completion and my satisfaction! I wish I could give a higher recommendation than outstanding for the Verizon store on Dutch Fork Road! Thank you CONNOR and AARON!

Ciara and Alberta are seriously THE best!! Ciara helped my boyfriend upgrade back in December and we had the best experience!! I wanted to upgrade but wasn’t able to so she told me to come back in February and she would help me out. I went back today and Alberta helped me get a new iPhone XR! Won’t be going to any other Verizon as long as those two are there!!!

I went to the store to upgrade my phone to S9 the sales girl there Started all friendly, tried to get me to upgrade several different products Which I would not do. After purchasing the new S9 phone the sales associate would not tell me what they were doing with my phone to transfer the information over and became extremely agitated when I insisted that they let me know what they were doing with my sensitive personal information The sales associate got extremely agitated and literally threw her phone up against the wall and told me if I Interrupted her again she would make me return my new S9 phone and I would not get an Upgrade. At this point I told her that is exactly what she would do and I would purchase my products from anouther store. I reached out to upper management at TCC, the parent company for the store and got absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever. I could never recommend this store or any other Verizon stores owned by this company to any of my friends or family, my advice would be to stay away...far, far away
