Wonderful service, it took 2 weeks to get things processed from insurance and the doctor . But they were on the ball about getting my equipment ready They called me and was unable to reach them at the time. But they returned my call the next day and any questions I had. The same day I asked if I could pick up the equipment and they had it ready for me. As well as the paperwork needed for me to sign. Very professional and ready to go.
This is nuts. I trusted my doctors office. I trusted my insurance. I trusted these people. I should have done my due diligence. Im having issues with how much I am being charged for a critical medical device. After the breakdown, I had to pay $274 up front for a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP machine, and then $47 a month for 9 more months. This totals $697. The average cost of this machine is around $600 and the eson2 nasal mask $95. So basically, Im going to be paying what these items regularly cost. Something is not right with this. Is my insurance covering the machine or not? And if it is, Why am I paying so much for a machine Ive seen a s low as $500 online. How is insurance helping me???? What a scam!!! I could just buy the machine outright and be done with it.

I made several calls to Medi Home Care to get a bariatric hospital bed. It wasnt until my doctors office faxed over the paperwork that they told them they didnt have any. Allconversations with me and they never said a word
Stay away . If you need what they have, look elsewhere !
Ive called several times about my machine not working properly and now Im being billed for things that werent fixed. They never call back or answer the phone.
Every time I try to call no one answers the phone and they call me four months ago about ordering CPAP supplies and never got any of my supplies going to call insurance company about changing suppliers

This company has provided the worst customer service I have experienced. I even had one of the employees tell me I should go to another provider becuasue of the terrible customer service and follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone fpr any serviice...it is that bad!
It is truly impossible to express in words the gross incompetence of this company and their sister company, MedXpress. My wonderful insurance company decided I must use these two evil twins for CPAP supplies and, well, its an absolute nightmare every time I have to deal with them. Whats particularly lovely is that whenever theres an issue, they just point at each other with excuses. Currently, Ive been over a month without being able to even get anyone on the phone to re-order supplies. Ive honestly never dealt with a company less interested in dealing with customers.

Expect the level of support you would expect from a shady used car dealer. misled me about pricing after repeated questioning. trying to collect money from me for the full purchase price of a piece of rental equipment that i had for less than 2 weeks. i feel they intentionally misled me. i urge anyone who uses this place to get a second opinion and do not take for granted that any care or assistance has been done properly. your health/life is at stake. i will not even go back to the dr. who referred me here. this place is a scam to make money from people with problems who need help. the worst kind of exploitation.
Received good service and respiratory staff even met me within an hour on weekend to assist with CPAP machine.
I am totally dissatisfied by the customer service I received. It took over a month and half to receive the prescribed oxygen. The employee kept dragging out the process to receive the oxygen. I maintain constant contact with the company representative in charge of my order. The employee first stated that she didnt have all the proper medical document to proceed with the order. After the receipt of the correct prescribed medical order, I was given many false promises even when I offer my help. Now since I have gotten my oxygen, I am told that the company is no longer distributed oxygen. If you were aware or when you found out about your limitations why didnt you verbally or in writing inform the consumers. Therefore, I shouldnt inquire any
Four weeks ago, a prescription was faxed over to this company by my Doctor. I received no call. I called before Memorial Day weekend and spoke with someone named Carmita. I was told Patrick would call me back. Another week plus goes by. I call them. From the beginning, Patrick was rude, condescending and unprofessional. He told me insurance wouldn’t pay if I lived in a mobile home. ( I was told by my insurance that not true ). If this company can afford to turn away and lose business more power to them... if not, they need to get their act together. No one should me treated that way. I lost my cool with them. Do business with someone who appreciates your business and is eager to help you.
Poor equipment and pitiful customer service. Calls not returned. I have had 3 oxygen generators replaced. Having problems with another one. Take your business elsewhere.
Sorry that other customers are having issues with MHC also. I am a long time customer that was treated so well b4 the move from Bush River Rd. Has not gone so will. Getting the run around. Finally got upset over that so am irate now (its like having rabies I think) Just another disappointing service seniors have to live with. This company failed to monitor my husbands CPAP readings properly, a mistake which was only caught after my husband (after several meetings of insisting that the device wasnt working properly) pointed out that the year for those readings was 2012, not 2016. Once the doctor ordered a new CPAP, this company [after putting us off for weeks, mind you] told us that our insurance wouldnt authorize the device. Our insurance company said that theyre fine with authorizing the device, so we actually had to call our insurance company, put our insurance representative on hold for a group call, and call Medi Home Care to have them speak directly to our insurance rep with us on the line. This is poor business practice and poor management, to say the least.
Worst service ever
They were supposed to service machine and supply more tanks on Dec 18th. It is now Jan 8th. They never showed up or called. They are beyond useless.
Poor customer service. Disrespectful to customers. I will not go on, but I will let my insurance know how they treated people.
Writing this on behalf of my dad, I should have read the reviews first:He received service here (if you call it service). They were abhorrent. They did not want to service him on his wheelchair. If you can, please avoid this business.
All I have to say is insurance fraud!!!!!! They have been billing my insurance for several months for a rental of equipment and supplies that I dont have. And this is after they took over 3 months to get my wheelchair. This place is a joke and should not be in business!!!!!!!
