Found this company while searching for a Marvel under the counter refrigerator/freezer on EBay. I called the number provided well after their closing time just to leave a message. Much to my surprise Adam answered and he answered all of my questions and concerns and sent more pictures the next day. I purchased the unit and he shipped it with tracking information. It arrived in Erie Pa 4 days after being picked up. When it arrived at my loading dock I was very surprised to see the package on a skid with no marks on the cardboard wrapping. I have received many products in my years but never have I seen anything package so well. Outside was wrapped in bubble wrap inside stuffed with bubble wrap. Purchased multiple appliances from them, one of which was a complete lemon. We took delivery in October, and it did not work a single day. However, I’m giving a 5star review, because as soon as the owner was aware of the situation, he made sure to rectify things. We got some really great appliances at some great prices. The technician Ron was great, and our Salesperson Amine was very prompt with following up.

Excellent customer service!!! Cabinet maker did not follow design specs so I ordered the wrong size microwave. The mistake was only identified after the product had shipped. Alabama appliance quickly worked with the shipper to correct the issue, saving me hundreds of dollars on return shipping costs. Thank you Alabama Appliance!

Working with the team at Alabama Appliance was an excellent experience. Amine communicated really well with me through the entire purchasing experience. I ordered a cooktop and a wall oven from them. The scratches are barely noticeable! They called me right after my order and gave me options for which appliances I wanted. Clear pictures of the scratches and dents etc. Amine advised me as well which pieces looked the least damaged in person (pictures are always different right?)The items were shipped halfway across the country and arrived in great condition. Each piece was wrapped in two or three layers of tough bubble wrap and then cardboard on top. There was no way shipping was going to add another scratch or dent!I havent installed them yet, but they look brand new and in excellent shape, At this point, I couldnt be happier! These guys are great. I found them on eBay, and purchased a brand new Bosch refrigerator which was shipped across 8 states in perfect shape for much less than I could purchase it at Lowes on sale even with my credit card discount. I think I saved about $600 dollars. The item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. The communication was clear, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them with full confidence, even if you are considering purchasing and having the item shipped.
